Spanky's Pub House — Restaurant in South Carolina

Wish I could rate them higher.

I'm staying at the Hilton resort right around the corner and wanted to pick up a quick dinner that I could take back to the hotel. While looking at the menu I had a white Russian pudding shot, yum! I think the waitress/bartender was distracted bc I ordered a chicken cheesesteak & she initially entered it as chicken quesadillas but luckily caught it right away. She also didn't talk to me except to ask what I wanted to order. After I got back to the hotel, got settled, and opened it.... it was a regular cheesesteak, not chicken, and the hoagie roll is charred on top.

The sandwich isn't bad but I don't eat beef often so I'm obviously not impressed. I do like the French fries with old bay on them.... and wish I could rate them higher bc the shot and fries were decent. I come up here for work a few times a year, not sure if I'll try them...

Came here for the first time in April on a vacation. We ordered fried pickles, loaded nachos, and the jalapeño pineapple margaritas. Food and service was amazing and because of our first experience, this was first stop on our most recent Labor Day trip to the beach. Thomas (I believe that is his name) was our waiter both times and was great!! This time we ordered burger, turkey club sandwich, Rueben, and the hotyaki wings (best wings ever!!). My mom likes bloody Mary’s with jaegermeister and the bartender accommodated this request and my Mom enjoyed her drinks. An amazing little spot with great food and drinks. We walk up to the restaurant from the Royal Palms. They also allow fur babies as long as they are kept on leash. Look forward to hopefully watching a game...

This was a surprise find for us - we have stayed at the Seawatch for a number of years and finally decided to check this place out. I cannot say enough about the featured egg rolls and butter/Old Bay chicken wings. The egg rolls are very unique, delicious and more than enough for a shareable. I am very fussy about my chicken wings - biting into and getting a mouthful of fat is not for me - these wings are cooked to perfection and the seasoning just right. Our server was very attentive. We ate in the outside porch area, which was just ok - felt like we were in an overflow area and not necessarily part of the restaurant, but our server was very good and made sure to check on...
