I usually don’t write reviews but i had such a bad experience here twice, i thought about giving it a second chance but there was no difference. The first time i came here i ask one of the girls if i can get a water in a venti size and she said i needed to pay in not sure if she was new but she had such a nasty attitude towards me when i told her that water was free in all the other Starbucks I’ve been and she just laughed at me, after that i went to my car to get my wallet and when i went in the same girl who laughed at me had just gave water to some lady & her husband and she just looked at me and quickly went to the back, now I could be wrong but i feel like it could have been because of my race ( Mexican ) and the girl ( white ) gave the costumers water but not me. So I found that suspicious but i hope that wasn’t the case. The second time i went through the drive thru and asked for a mango dragon fruit w/lemonade and ask if i can use my own cup and they said no due to then not being able to touch my cup through the drive thru which I had no problem with it since it’s their policy, however when i went up to pay to the next window the girl who was giving me the drink gave me attitude ( different girl ) then after i paid for my drink the girl told me they were out of mango so technically i just got a lemonade drink and i was so mad because she could have told me while ordering my drink. Read moreWhy, for the love of God, when you request "Just a splash of heavy cream, and really, I mean just a splash" do they still make it a cafe latte. Every. Single. Starbucks. Is like this. If I had more time, I would have taken it back. I just wish they would just honor the request.
UPDATE: They responded with a statement about always able to go back in an redo the drink. Indeed you can (as you can for any establishment)! As I mentioned in my comment, which apparently was not read by the Starbucks rep (probably a bot). Taking the drink back is what I do nearly Every. Single. Time. It gets old waiting in line in the drivethru, then getting your drink. Then having to have them do it over again. Or worse, you pull out, but then have to park and go back in so you don't have to wait at the drivethru. It's ridiculous.
Just do it right the first time. My request is stupidly simple. Just listen to your customers. That's all you need to do. I wish I could give a Starbucks a negative review now for the blatantly...

I lunched here recently, and everything went great. The building itself was attractive and logical, with a big parking lot; plus, it was set off from the road a bit, which lent a somewhat relaxed feel to the premises. Inside, the staff were especially friendly, and fast with my order. There was plenty of seating available, both in the dining room and on the sunny deck (I split my time between each). With that, I proceeded to have a lovely little outing, taking it slow and reading a good book and sipping good coffee, just watching the world go by and enjoying myself -- one of those seemingly "small," routine experiences that are, in reality, quite priceless. Beautiful.
In the end, I had no problems, and will probably stop by again sometime.
