Taco Bell — Restaurant in South Carolina

This is long, but don't go to this taco bell because the morale of the story is if you go, someone is going to try to jump the line and steal your food.

Here is what happened to me...

I ordered through the mobile app. I went inside to pick it up, not ready, OK? I will give them this, because they did have a big rush. BUT and I do mean, but I waited well over 30 mins. Finally, one of the employees handed me a bag with chips, cheese, napkins, and salsa. He said food is coming up in 2 mins. When he brought the next bag of food counter, a lady jumped up and said, "That's mine, that's mine." Tried to tell the guy that the order was indeed for me and not that lady. But the lady was making a big deal and then said I had 3 drinks. I need 3 cups. Now i didn't realize at the time, but I didn't order drinks, and he told the lady that the order had no drinks. This lady was watching me, my kid, and my hubby and thought we order drinks. Should have been the biggest clue ever. But nope, the employee just gave 3 cups to her. So I told the employee too was that mine and he like no yours next. And then everyone and I mean everyone got their food, and the last straw was when a couple walked in, used the order ya self machine, and got their food in less than 5 minutes. I had to argue with the manager and when she finally realized that I had only received chips and cheese. I told her I wanted my money back. Well, she told me she couldn't just remake my order because it was a special on the mobile app. And on top of that, finally, after going back and forth. I got a refund minus the tax, so like 2. And change. And only got 2 crunch raps and 12 cream cheese fill cinnamon dessert. And get this, she was like, "You can just keep the chips and cheese. I told her well I planned that anyway as me and my kid and I ate that as an appetizer. I will never go back to ghat Taco Bell. And I advise that you...

Worst Taco Bell in town. They never open on time, sometimes they don't open at all for breakfast and they close before they are supposed to, always out of chicken and Baja blast. Today was my final straw after drivinG up from my house to pick up my mobile order I was told it was cancelled even tho I did not cancel it or receive a notification or an email sayinG so. I was assured the money would Go riGht back on the card(it never did). I told them aGain it doesn't show me it's cancelled and the money didn't Go back on the card so I expected my food. Then the manaGer told me to pull up to the window and after I sat there(Guess they thouGht I'd drive off) he said no one said you couldn't make another order and I said so u can tell me it's cancelled aGain??? Then he threatened me that I better Get on B4 he does somethinG and when I told him to he said he was GoinG to call the police and told him Go ahead so we can file a report they are scamminG me. By this time there was a line so I went to pull around to the front and they threw some trash or sauce packets or somethinG at my car. Do not Go to this Taco Bell ever. The only reason it's still open is BC of it's location on the corner and the only reason I continue to try this location every couple of months. It's pointless.

*Tried it aGain twice since then and both times they didn't have anythinG that needed to use the Grill. Even if u order online they will just cancel your sh!t and then u have to wait for the refund...easily the worst Taco Bell...

The food is terrible. Something is wrong with this location.

The employees are nice, they really are pleasant. It’s the food, I have ordered the same food from other taco bell locations and it’s a dramatically different taste.

I have continued to go here because the location is convenient for me and I thought maybe it was just an issue here and there. I don’t expect the quality to amazing all the time. But, this location consistently disappoints in the taste of food. The workers are nice, but I don’t know how the food prep/cook is happening because I don’t know how their food could taste so differently than other taco bell locations. It’s not just that the food is terrible, but once my Mexican pizza tasted like cleaning supplies and then my grilled cheese burrito didn’t even taste like the grilled cheese burrito that I thought they actually messed up my order that’s how different it tasted compared to other locations, but it actually was the grilled cheese burrito. It is not just one offs here and there because I will order multiple grilled cheese burritos and they all taste very odd.

I only say this because I’ve been to multiple different taco bell locations and it tastes for the most part the same… except for this location. Again, the staff seems very pleasant the lady who took my order and the guy that answered the phone when I called back very nice people. But, something is not right with the food and don’t think I will come back because there is something just very odd...
