Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in South Carolina

We ordered through DoorDash, first Dasher stated that the order wasn’t there. So our order got reassigned to another Dasher. Called the store and the first person I spoke with stated that they didn’t see the order so then the “manager” comes to the phone and some how magically finds my order in there system and states the order has been completed. While on the phone with them my order has been reassigned a total of 4 times and no one could give us an answer. So we decided to go to the store and at that time the last DoorDasher stated that they told them the order is already gone but still looking at my app it is being assigned to another DoorDasher. At this time my husband went inside to see what was going on with our order.No one seemed to know what was going on, so my husband asked to have the order remade. At first they didn’t want to but then decided that they would. When preparing the pizza the employee had on no gloves so our pizza was about to be prepared with uncleaned hands. On the 14th I believe of June I visited for a takeout order the order was one large thin crust meat lovers Pizza and the pan pizza with half of a pepperoni and half of it pepperoni and bacon they charged for two full topping with on pan pizza I asked him over the phone make sure you push all of those toppings to one side for the bacon no problem they said got there and had minuscule bacon this is the problem when it when I brought it up at the counter they wanted me to stop and remake the pizza unfortunately I didn't have the luxury of waiting for a properly made Pizza plus I really don't like to wait around for a remake because if they feel like they didn't do the job the way I said it they might do something to the food you just have that in the back your mind but the lady let me walk out the manager I clarified that she was the manager and that she was going to let me walk out and unhappy she could offered me a tool that offered me the topping money back but she just said she was going to let me walk out and said...

I am writing to express my disappointment with my recent experience at your establishment. On 8/31/25, I placed an order for a single pizza around 1:00 p.m. and, unfortunately, had to wait nearly an hour and a half before receiving it.

During that time, I observed multiple customers—at least 11—arrive, place their orders, and receive their food within a much shorter timeframe, while my order was significantly delayed. Given that I was only waiting for one pizza, this was both frustrating and unacceptable.

Upon finally receiving my order, I requested a refund due to the excessive delay. However, I believe additional consideration is warranted. A complimentary pizza would be a reasonable gesture of goodwill and customer care, considering the circumstances.
