We ordered through DoorDash, first Dasher stated that the order wasn’t there. So our order got reassigned to another Dasher. Called the store and the first person I spoke with stated that they didn’t see the order so then the “manager” comes to the phone and some how magically finds my order in there system and states the order has been completed. While on the phone with them my order has been reassigned a total of 4 times and no one could give us an answer. So we decided to go to the store and at that time the last DoorDasher stated that they told them the order is already gone but still looking at my app it is being assigned to another DoorDasher. At this time my husband went inside to see what was going on with our order.No one seemed to know what was going on, so my husband asked to have the order remade. Read moreI am writing to express my disappointment with my recent experience at your establishment. On 8/31/25, I placed an order for a single pizza around 1:00 p.m. and, unfortunately, had to wait nearly an hour and a half before receiving it.
During that time, I observed multiple customers—at least 11—arrive, place their orders, and receive their food within a much shorter timeframe, while my order was significantly delayed. Given that I was only waiting for one pizza, this was both frustrating and unacceptable.
Upon finally receiving my order, I requested a refund due to the excessive delay. However, I believe additional consideration is warranted. A complimentary pizza would be a reasonable gesture of goodwill and customer care, considering the circumstances.
