Subway — Restaurant in South Carolina

I don’t leave reviews unless they’re good I’ve never felt so compelled to leave a bad review until now. I’ve tried over and over just because this location is right by my house but I just can’t anymore. Last time I was there the girl was so rude and sloppy making my sandwich I ended up walking out before the sandwich was even made and this was about 6 months or more ago Everyone is always so rude, sloppy and just gross I went this morning to get something to take for lunch thinking I’d give them another chance and it was just an older lady in there and I had to get hot bread because no one made any the night before, she makes the sandwich fine and she is nice - gentleman walks in and clocks in not even in uniform I thought he was a homeless man. He walks back out leaving her to have to figure I it how to start the system and ring me up which she almost couldn’t do so the whole ordeal took a solid 30 minutes to order one sandwich and drink. I get a drink and there’s no ice because no one filled it the night before she says. so she offers to get me some, me thinking they have an ice maker in the back she comes back with two slabs of ice she pulled from something plastic in the walk in freezer and is pulling plastic off the ice that’s in her bare hands and throws it in my cup with plastic stuck ALL OVER it and it’s dirty and nasty I have never been so appalled in my life. I asked for a new cup and got hot soda and stopped at a gas station for ice I mean this place has become the biggest joke ever also as I walked out the gentleman that clocked in was sitting in his car next to me rolling a joint. Arrived at designated time for curbside order per pickup instructions. After waiting for several minutes for curbside pickup, I sent my son in with the confirmation number to just bring the order out himself. He was rudely informed by the employee inside that she was the only one working, and had 7 orders ahead of us before she could even start working the order, it would be at least 20 mins more, and we would "get it when we get it".... I understood that she was alone and overwhelmed, so I went back in to ask that the order be canceled as we had an appointment and could not wait. She refused, stating she had no ability to cancel or issue refunds as she wasn't the manager. I asked how to contact the manager, as well as the store number, and was told to look it up myself. I asked her name, and was refused an answer. The sandwiches were never made, I received nothing, and I left. I later attempted to call the store, and got no answer, and I have been charged for an order that was never started or delivered. While I felt the employee was rude, to be honest she really SHOULDN'T have to be working alone, so on that point I sympathize. But I would consider investigating a store that does not have a manager or employees with authority onsite or accessible to refund orders that are not and will...

Ordered online for the first time, walked into store, went to where it said pick up, couldn't find my name. So was looking at the order, the girl at counter (looked to be the manager) says online order?, I say yes. Then she asked my name, so I told her. I told her it was my first online order because she was giving me a weird look, She just shook her head as if to say the bag was mine. I ordered the meal for one of the sandwiches, a drink, and 2 cookies. Well I took the bag out, and then remembered I had a drink, I went back in, and got my drink. I have been home for about an hour, and decided to take it all out if the bag, well to my surprise the cookies aren't inside! I then tried to call the store. It is about 5:30, no one answers. I called 5 times! No one answered! It rang through, and then hung up every time. So this is my experience. There were 4 employees in the store, two people sitting near the door, and one customer at the counter when I walked in. There is no reason that my bag was not packed with the whole order, and a cup along side of it. I usually go to the store on Dorchester near Trolly Rd, or the one in Food Lion parking lot off Bacons Bridge Rd, but was thirsty, and hungry, and also was trying to get the buy one get one free.
