Went for Christmas tree hunting and stumbled upon this El Chilaquil food truck. They park their truck on the corner of gas station so it doesn’t look much but dont get discouraged by their location! We had the sopes with spicy porks and you need to taste all the goodness in it! The fried beans, the spicy pork, cheese, and lettuce toppings were amazing!
