I always go through the outside order line. The attendants are courteous and the smoothies are delicious. Several weeks ago they had a few new employees attending the window orders who were very discourteous. They acted like the customer was putting them out by being there. Before paying, they didn't confirm what was purchased and when I asked, their attitude became worse. I haven't seen them there lately, though.
6/25/19 - I'm still well satisfied with the taste and quality of their smoothies. I bought one for a friend not too long ago and now she's hooked. I think she buys one a day at their new location on 17 Bypass.
I would really like it, though, if the employees would wear their name tags. I know when I owned a business it helped keep my employees accountable. Whenever I ask, the excuses are: I lost it, it won't stay on my blouse, it's in my pocket..... I think the service would be much better because they employee would know the customer has their name if there's a complaint, or a compliment. On this note, I have had Mariah (I had ask for her name, again no name tag) a few times at the window & she's fantastic. She gave me very helpful...
Read moreI’m not the one to come on here and complain, but something needs to be done about this location. I come in about twice a week and something is always wrong. The employees are all KIDS and they are definitely being overworked. Every time I come in, there’s never a manager, everyone looks miserable, and not one of the kids looks like they enjoy being there. I understand it’s a job, but with the amount of work these children are doing, there needs to be some sort of management or supervision. They’re running the store by themselves, which I will give them credit for. It blows my mind how much responsibility these kids are left with especially considering how chaotic the lines get. I appreciate the effort they put in, but orders get messed up quite frequently. I actually went a few days ago and waited half an hour just to tell me they were out of ice? I ordered online for pickup. I just got done working and was over by this store and I knew they had a drive thru so I was like imma pick up from this store. I ordered online while I was on my way there and when I pulled up to the drive thru the girl told me that I have to come inside to pick it up. I DoorDash so I can understand that it could be a policy that door dashers/uber eats people have to come in but to make someone come in for an online order for their own self is ridiculous. This is the only place I’ve heard of doing this that has a drive thru option. This is why I will always go to the one over on Loyola drive here in the Myrtle beach area.
