WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! Me and my husband got disappointed not once, twice but for four times⌠first they made an excuse of server down and didnât took our order , second time when i ordered frosty thru mobile app and went to pick up they said their machine is not working and refused to give my refund, third time when we went on a drive thru lady yelled at us and said only doordash and mobile orders⌠when my husband asked âcan we place it rn and pick it up?â She again yelled at us and when today we placed an order on mobile app they gave us incorrect and missing order⌠I ordered for $66 and I didnât got my frosty and got wrong nuggets and they asked us to come to the parking and made us wait for 20 minsâŚwhen i tried to called them , they didnât answer my call⌠i never understood the hours nor their excuses like why cant they take orders⌠i think their management is worstâŚwhatsoever it is, but dude we didnât do anything wrong with you atleast dont try to show attitude and tantrums to the customers⌠who are just expecting food from you for which theyâre paying you and not taking anything for free and thatâs what your work is i guess⌠if youâre working there⌠and for which...
   Read moreThe only GOOD THING that came out of this visit was observing the MATURE BEHAVIOR of the Drive-Thru and the Front Counter cashiers. When I approached the Drive-thru, I was greeted by an extremely pleasant voice. You could actually feel her smile through the Menu Board. (That's the way it used to be) After placing my order and paying at the first window, I met Ms. SaToria Rivers at window #2 where I received my meal. I credited her with having a pleasant attitude and that I would be sure to give her a positive review. Her partner, however, gave me the impression that she would rather be somewhere else. My Fries were cold and I had to pull over the parking lot and wait. After about 20 minutes, I decided go inside and get the fries myself. Once inside, the unprofessional older lady tried to ignore me. I had to call out to her a few times before the young lady from the front line came to assist me. I asked for hot fries out of the oil, and receive backlash from the older DT lady and from the Shift Mngr. EVENTUALLY I GOT MY HOT FRIES AND LEFT. I Donât think itâs too much to ask for an employee to do the literal job that they applied for, and not snicker while the customer is trying to orderâŚâŚI was nice when I pulled up. I smiled. Called him brother, I did nothing to be treated the way I wasâŚâŚthereâs absolutely zero management or customer service at this location. Just more lazy St. Helena residents that get paychecks to sit down all dayâŚ.if youâre seriously too lazy to whip up some fries or chili, work somewhere else.
I will never be returning to this location. This was my last attempt after a previous bad experience a few months back with the lunch employeeâs bad attitude and frequent sighing + eye rolling.
