Wingstop — Restaurant in South Carolina

This is a nice new little spot that has potential. The place is clean and inviting. Small place with tables to seat 4 each. Roughly 30 or so people max in the place. There are 3 or 4 flat screen TVs mounted high up. I walked in right behind a group of 3 women and we were greeted immediately. Apparently it was their first time at this place as well so the woman at the register explained the menu items and combinations to us. She was very nice and helpful. Each order is prepared fresh so there is a little wait involved so expect that. It's better than having wings already prepared in advance and heated under heating lights right!? They have Coke products (fountain drinks) NO Stupid RED Coke multi-mixing machine that water down your drink (the red Coke box that have all the Coke products in it). It's the regular old fashioned fountain drink machine. They also serve several bottle beers, foreign and domestic.

As for the food... The wings are good. Nothing really special. They have combos that come in portions of 6, 8, 10, etc... with seasoned fresh cut fries or cheese fries and a drink. You can get 2 flavors with each if you want. I ordered 8 Original Hot (not hot at all to me. Think of Frank's Original Hot Sauce) and Teriyaki (all drummetts which I didn't get and should have checked before leaving the place) with regular fries and a drink to go. The wings were good but the fries were not. The fries are similar to Five Guys' but with no uniformity (sliced in multi sizes). The ranch dipping sauce was very very watery like they are trying to get more from the product by watering it down. It lacks flavor because of this. There is a $0.99 charge for extra sauces.

The place is nice. Like I said it has potential. You'll have to try it for yourself. It will quench your appetite for wings but will not stand out...

Yesterday I called this location approximately 630 pm to place an order. A young man by the name of Tydarius answered the phone and asked me to hold. At this time I was in route to the location. After noticing I was on hold for almost 10 mins i then hung the phone up and proceeded to call back. As soon as he answered the phone he then again asked me to hold. I told him “that he had already put me on hold for 10 mins Just before, now your asking me to hold again?” He then said just hold for 2 minutes and after waiting another 10 minutes someone hung the phone up in my face. I proceeded to the location and once i got there asked for the manager. Which she said her name was “Belinda Jones” she looked me in my face after one of the employees notified her that I needed to speak with her and proceeded working as if i was on her time. After about 3 minutes she then walked over to me at the counter and asked very rude “Can I help u” I expressed my concerns she very nonchalant said well I’ll talk to him About it being that he’s new! I then told her they needed better training for new employees because that’s ridiculous. She kept nodding her head saying “YEA OK” as of she didn’t care what I was saying. I then asked for the GM information and she gave it to letting me know she didn’t care. I haven’t had this unpleasant of a visit in idk how long to a restaurant. She had to be the most ghetto unprofessional manager I’ve ever encountered & her attitude SUCKS! I wouldn’t recommend my dog back there. This is my second discrepancy here i won’t be returning and I wouldn’t recommend...

Walked in on a Monday to get a 6 piece wing a fry. The guy at the counter was super friendly and did a good job with taking my order. However, from that point it all went down hill! I waited about 45 mins for my food. There were two people that had ordered in the store ahead of me and one of them said they had been waiting over an hour for 21 wings. A man walked in about 40 mins into my wait time, and ordered a 8 piece chicken. Within 10 mins they called his order. The girl, who I am guessing was the manager had a bad attitude that was simmering, like she was just mad at the world. I went to the counter and nobody wanted to come up to talk to me. Let me be clear that my attitude was professional and my voice was very calm. A man finally came up and I asked why this man that had only been waiting a few mins received his food and the young lady behind me was waiting an hour. He quickly said that he was doing them right now and proceeded to the back. He never addressed my question. They gave me my food before the other two people, probably because I looked like I would call corporate. When I got home I looked at my fries and they looked like they had been soaked in dirty grease and then put in the container (see pic). They were very dark brown and I did not eat even one, that's how bad they were. I have never received such poor service. I am the type of person that votes w/my dollar, so wing stop, that will be the last $14 dollars you get from me. VERY...
