Zaxbys Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings — Restaurant in South Carolina

Food is NOT so good anymore. I'm completely dissatisfied with this Zaxby's ability to fulfill my food order accurately. Several times now when I've ordered a 5 PIECE Chicken Fingerz plate I've only received 3 or 4 pieces of chicken. This has happened many times & I'm tired of not getting what I paid for, so I will no longer give ANY business to Zaxby's in Duncan, SC. On top of being cheated, the chicken tasted burnt, as if it had been cooked in over used oil in which other food had been burned/overcooked. I've tried to give this Zaxby's the benefit of the doubt, but since this happened numerous times I've come to believe this Zaxby's employees just don't care about customers orders. Therefore you've lost my business. Despite the order failures, drive thru service is usually pretty speedy & employees are friendly. This location has reconstructed the parking lot & drive thru lane & added a designated curbside pickup area. Prices are higher now, and food portions are smaller. So As y’all know Zaxby‘s in Duncan Sc food poisoned me on Monday night, I spoke with the general manager a few moments ago ( who rushed me bc it’s his lunch rush ) to let me know that they apologize for the inconvenience and that they would like to offer me a courtesy meal Zaxby‘s is inconsiderate and insensitive and I would advise no one ever eat there again how dare you offer me a courtesy meal when I cannot even eat because of the bacteria that the food has put in my stomach do not eat at Zaxby‘s!!!! The female manager was polite and advised me go to Er as I did.

Unless you want medical bills and unexpected expenses in your life at the action of careless restaurants then go somewhere else . I know we all have that same story where we have eating this food a million times but let me inform you all , it only takes 1 time to be poisoned and your stomach will never be the same and neither will your outlook on fast food.

Got Zaxby’s tonight from this location. Ordered a wimpy boneless wings meal and a wimpy boneless wings and things meal. Asked for a zestible dip, was charged for a zestible dip, but instead received a sauce cup filled with nuclear sauce. Now who orders wimpy wings and wants nuclear sauce on the side? Better yet, how do you mistake zestible dip for nuclear sauce? This isn’t the first time this location has botched something up on our order. Did I mention that they were about to give us 2 boneless wings meals instead of the wings and things? Those extra things are important, especially when you pay for it. We also didn’t get any plastic ware with the 2 meals. If you enjoy not getting what you pay for then this is the place for you.
