Dede's Hibachi Express — Restaurant in South Euclid

I am working for the day just down the road from Dede's, I was looking for something on the healthier side and with a quick turnaround time. I strongly dislike going to fast food joints, I stay away from it even though it tastes good because the food has been ultra processed and it's empty calories (no nutritional value) I googled restaurant's near me and Dede's popped right up. I ordered an order of egg rolls because my grandpop was Chinese, I'm always comparing his egg rolls to everyone else's. I've tried 100's of different egg rolls over the years and all jokes aside these make it into my TOP 5!!! I also ordered hibachi chicken and shrimp, that includes fried white rice, onions and zucchini. I substituted the zucchini with broccoli. Everything is priced more than fair and I now have another meal, meal and a half after eating this lunch. The guy taking orders/ running the register was very friendly! My compliments to the chef, everything was cooked and seasoned perfectly!!!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Yesterday, I was craving something better than the usual fast food and happened to drive down Mayfield hoping to find a good local spot. That’s when I stumbled upon Dede’s Hibachi Express—and I’m so glad I did!

The food was absolutely delicious, and Dede, the owner, went above and beyond to make sure I had a great experience. Since it was my first time there, he even brought the food out to me before packaging it up so I could see what I was getting. The restaurant was clean, welcoming, and had a great vibe.

I decided to give this takeout express a try. I was very disappointed. The veg egg rolls were not good at all. I spent my last few coins on dinner tonight. This really makes me sad and mad at the same time. Because I was starving. The rice was not Hibachi made like I was use too. I had shrimp with my rice! I counted 4 shrimp in my whole dinner.
