Went there today ordered two scoops of strawberry cheesecake, ice cream the person who took my order was very dry not friendly at all proceeded to the window to pay for my ice cream waited for over five minutes then a young man comes to the window and says to me did you have the milkshake? I said no I ordered two scoops of the strawberry cheesecake ice cream then he says was your order already paid for I said yes and showed him my receipt. Then Hispanic young lady came to the window after I waited few more minutes for them to figure out my order and she just handed me my ice cream so I said to her is someone going to apologize for my long wait for two scoops of ice cream then she said to me I don’t know what you want me to say. I’m not going to apologize for someone else’s wrongdoing so I called after I left the window and asked to speak to a manager. I reached a young man named Ray and he told me that the manager just left I said to him so there’s no manager on shift. He said we have a shift lead. I said please let me speak to the shift lead. He said you’re speaking with him. I proceeded to ask him if he was the one that was at the window when the young lady handed me my order and was rude to me. He said yes. Long story short Ray was very rude and he thought it was comical what I was explaining to him kind of chuckling moral of the story is I pay a lot of money at Dunkin’ Donuts and they have such awful customer service. They have young children working for them and they just don’t care and they have no professionalism. Read morelonger review because each and everyone of the staff deserves some love! i order a LOT from this location.. up to three times in a single day (insomnia), and i have never had a negative experience with any staff on any shift.
if i go out of town (5 miles or 200 miles), i will wait/go early to be able to go to this specific location. they make the drinks consistently (sometimes slightly different during shift changes, but nothing drastic).

i do sometimes get comments on my name, but not usually as positive as today. (i really appreciate whomever that was, i wish i could give you a hug! truly needed some love today, and i thank you for offering that.)
[LOCATION] i often find them having less workers than i'd expect from the amount of speed and endurance they have, truly impressive (especially previously working as a barista at sbux).
inside has always been organised and clean. staff kept me updated on my order when coming for a mobile pickup, and were patient with me when i needed to pay in coins.
[EARLY MORNING/MORNING] super friendly and soft-spoken staff, freshly served food, and quick.
[AFTERNOON/EVENING] ON. THE. BALL. always on their toes, quick af despite the busiest times.
[LATE EVENING/GRAVEYARD] generous with left over pastries when they don't have the original option, friendly, and easygoing.

Read moreThis store has gotten worse over the last 3 years. The manager Darlene really tries to fix the issues, but the service sucks! I go at 5 am every morning Taylor is great! When I go anytime in the afternoon you have lazy, disrespectful, young people. Friday, I went for a cup of coffee, it was 2 cars in front of me, i waited 7 minutes, i called in the store while sitting in the drive thru, told Darlene, she came out and we finally moved. I went today, was standing at the ice cream freezer, girl walked right up did not say can I take whose next, just saw a guy and immediately took his order, I was not letting that stand seeing I waited 5 minutes before anyone came to the front anyway, I said to her did you not see me standing here, I was next. Then she looked crazy and ask could she take my order, I ordered coffee and not only did that take another 5 minutes but had a nerve to sit there and talk, when I got the coffee it was cold.
