Marco's Pizza — Restaurant in South Euclid

Ok so i really like Marco's pizza, but the crew they had working this night..I mean they were horrible, except the light skin young lady that was working the register and she look like she was new and the delivery drivers i cannot fault them.. Ok here is the 411. I had phoned in the order. I get there there was a guy eating pizza and making pizza at the same time.....WITH HIS BARE HANDS. Then there was a young lady wearing head phones, so when the customer was speaking to her she pretended not to hear her. Then there was another employee just sitting on the floor...( not sure what her job was ). Ok then a lady comes out the back who seemed like the manager walked right passed the guy eating and making someones pizza with his bare hands ok wait i know making pizza with your bare hands is normal but not when you are eating and licking your fingers at the same time. Ok so enough, i get my order of xtra cheese and pepperoni good thing i looked in the box because there was like 5 pepperonies.longer story shorten the new hire fixed it and i left. So again i like Marco's but this crew that was on could use so retraining...shout out to the new hire we could use more...

If I could rate 0 stars I would. The pizza was not good. The mushrooms didn't looked cooked at all and the steak looked over cooked like small pieces of bacon that would go on a baked potato. I called to give feedback and the general manager was rude and wanted me to get another pizza. If there was a mistake on my order I would've agreed but to see the poor quality of product that they had to offer I just wanted my money back. And he said no and hung up on me. I called back and he said confirmed that he hung up on me and said I knew you were going to complain about the pizza. And that if I called corporate all they would do is refer back to him. I looked at some of the other reviews and it's clear that the manager and some of staff/friends are giving unworthy 5 star reviews. Wouldn't it be better just to provide a higher level of service? In the manager's review he stated this is the best pizza in the area but I can name 3 that I know for sure far exceeds this place in quality and service Pizza Bogo, Papa John's, and...

My 1st attempt at ordering from this location resulted in someone answering the phone, putting me on hold for almost 20 minutes while I hear them in the background talking to someone about their hair and nails, then hanging up on me. I tried calling back but now the phone was line was busy and stayed busy for at least 45 minutes until I decided to order food from somewhere else.

My 2nd attempt resulted in them telling me they were out of pizza dough to make pizza's

My 3rd attempt resulted in wanting to order 2 antipasto salads, when my wife went to pick up the food they said they were out of the ingredients to make the salads.

This is by far the worst service I have ever encountered at a Marco's Pizza. I have sent a letter to the corporate office regarding my concerns about how bad the customer service is at...
