Gravity Coffee — Restaurant in Washington

Literally sat in the drive thru, watching the worker chat it up with the customer at the window for 13 minutes, occasionally glancing back at the line forming. She was just standing there, leaning against the door, talking up a storm. She definitely noticed us waiting since she made eye contact with us multiple times which really just made the experience even more frustrating. We would've just backed out and left but there were people behind us. Honestly I get it, but time and place you know? Also I would've expected to be greeted a lot more warmly considering she had us sitting there forever and she looked really friendly talking to that customer ahead of us. However, when we finally pulled up, she was not so friendly. Maybe she was annoyed that she had to cut her conversation "short" because of us? Idk but regardless I feel like if anyone had the right to be bothered, it was us. Very inconsiderate, unprofessional, and uncalled for. On a brighter note Luisa was very helpful and professional. This location is new. Opened in August 2023. So glad they opened up here conveniently off Meridian where you commonly hit traffic. I stopped by a d got the 16os Hyperspace white on white. It was delicious 😋 although a little too sweet...

I come here every single morning. Any time I see Hannah or Jocelyn I know not only will my coffee be exactly how I like, but the experience is always awesome too. Lots of laughs to be had!
