Taco Time NW — Restaurant in South Hill

Always fresh ingredients, staff friendly and quick service. Clean, 8/19/18 I'm updating my review as it has been a year since I gave this establishment four stars. I'm downgrading my review as the last two visits have been mediocre at best. 2 weeks ago my son purchase dinner that came to almost $30. Two Natural soft beef tacos a fish taco a large Mexi fry a crispy beef burrito crustos extra Ranch and there was one more item that I can't remember at this time. This was a drive-through order, when he arrived home the crustos and the extra Ranch we're not in the bag, The two natural soft tacos we're so dry and lacking in beef taco meat, mostly beans. I did call and complain the manager said she would replace the meal and took our name and number. We went back 2 Days Later thinking we were going to get our meal replaced, and the only two items that were replaced was the 2 natural soft tacos and the crust is, I purchased additional Mexican fries. That brings us to today I ordered a large chicken chili an order of crustos and a taco salad. I went through the drive-thru confirmed my order got home opened my soup and it was at least an inch to an inch and a half from the top of the bowl the crustos were bare for the most part meaning no cinnamon and sugar on several of the pieces and the size was about an inch square not the nice 2 in pieces you used to get. The salad was average and did not even come to the top of the serving dish and the tomatoes had a funny flavor, certainly not worth $6. The whole order was over $11, and quite honestly substandard. As this is my second bad experience within 2 weeks, I think it will be sometime before I do business with the Taco Time in Meridian South Hill. If I could rate 0 I would specifically on customer service. I was treated very rudely! As I pulled to the window I was told I couldn’t be helped at the window because I’m DoorDash which was fine by me. I asked about the hours and was refused the answer. Savannah rudely responded with “so you gotta come inside. I walked in and asked to be helped by someone else and I mentioned that she was rude she then came over and started harassing and bullying me. In front of the other 2 workers. She said and I quote “ I was rude because the music in the store is too loud and I thought you said something else”. But that is no excuse for being rude to someone because your music is loud? As I grabbed the order and left Savannah then proceeded to follow me out of the restaurant continuing to harass me as I was already leaving with my order. She threatened to call the cops on me while I was writing this review sitting in my car. So needless to say I decided I did not want to complete this DoorDash order. I returned the order because the pay and job was not worth the rude comments, insults, and threats. I personally had no issues coming inside because I am a long term dasher and I know that different stores have different rules you just have to learn them. Oh Taco Time Northwest you're usually my utmost favorite I hardly ever get to come to you but today I splurged something drastic has happened though somebody is shrinking your soft tacos! I hope you find out who it is because I would love to come back again and order one of my favorite which is a chicken soft taco. While your ingredients still remain fresh your sizes have shrunk exponentially! Also I'm not quite sure why the mexi fries are not crisp anymore did your fryer break? Also everything was cold well of course the fresh burrito was cold but that's fine. I'm really hoping that someone from this restaurant facility will read my post and we'll somehow find the culprit who keeps shrinking your soft tacos. It wasn't long ago when I would order a soft taco and it will be packed full of chicken lettuce tomato and cheese all the good things but now it is shrunk to a kids size but still with a giant size tortilla.
