I have driven past this place many times and have always wanted to try and today I had that opportunity. It was quite busy when I arrived and had to wait for quite a while. As I was waiting, a white car came in the middle and literally cut me, intentionally, with the room I had left in between my car and the area to order so that definitely put a dent on my experience especially since I had waited for my turn in line.
Anyway, the service was alright - nothing great, just to the point. There were 3 people working inside and they had the music blasting. Literally blasting and I had to yell my order over the music so they could hear me. I mean, just lower the sound that shows more value to the customer who physically came in to have your coffee. That was also quite annoying actually.
The coffee itself, was great! Thank god! We had the iced mocha (as I usually do when I visit a new place) and chai tea. The chai tea was sweet, more vanilla and cinnamon based which is slightly different from what I am used to but it was still delish, especially on a cold autumn day. And the iced mocha hit the spot. They apparently don't do iced drinks less than 16oz currently due to Covid, I don't see how that makes a difference but that's what the lady serving us said. So be prepared to get a bigger size if you want a iced drink, currently. The iced mocha was a good balance of coffee and mocha and you can tell that the coffee is roasted well and doesn't have that burnt taste.
So overall, I would visit again just for a good cup of joe, at the very least while I drive...
Read moreI am not sure if my opinion really matters. I purchase drinks from you at least 4x a week. At least twice a week the drink is made incorrectly. I have another place I go for drinks which will reduce the amount of time I will go to Gravity, if the service doesn't improve. The girls are nice but as much as the drinks cost they need to get it right. Yesterday the drink was made incorrectly and I went back today and the young lady did not even acknowledge my disappointment in the drink being made wrong. Additionally every time I order from Gravity I usually purchase 2 drinks or more. It is important to acknowledge your customer's disappointment in how the product is made and or how it taste. I think stellar service is the key to making a happy customer. I would like to be acknowledge for not being provided good service and being reassured that it will be better next time. Showing you care and that you value your customer goes a long way. Stellar service may mean that you as a company need to invest more on your employees by providing efficient customer service training and increase skills around making a more accurate drinks based on the customer's request. Read moreLove working over 11 hours, having an awful day, and then getting my order refused. I was wanting to treat myself to my favorite drink at Gravity because normally I love getting coffee here. I always get a simple Mocha frappe. However, my service tonight has left me crying. I was stressed and just wanted my drink for the night to feel better. I got off work and went straight to the coffee stand, I made it there 15 minutes before closing, plenty of time. The guy working would not make me my drink though, he said the "blender was shut down for the night". You guys are open to 10, your services should be available until that time. He was just too lazy to clean the blender after. Not coming back to this stand. The ladies are usually lovely, but I have never had good service from this guy.
