Round Table Pizza — Restaurant in Washington

I've debate whether or not to post this as a review...but... i think I should. First let me say, years ago i had an exchange with the owner who was great and very fair. This is in no way directed at the owner. Here's my issue. Over the years I've been to this location many times with people that I meet with casually to discuss business, and.. who happen to love pizza as much as I do. This particular instance (which I think was around June of this year) there was a lady there having lunch with an autistic child. The store manager complained about the child making too much noise and said that if he could hear it, the customers could also hear it and they shouldn't have to.... so the lady left in the middle of their lunch.....That wasn't very professional and beyond that... from a moral standpoint... it was worse. **To the manager who made that statement towards them: My table and I weren't bothered and neither should you have been. That seemed more like discrimination than house rules. You don't need a set of rules to help you determine what's right and what's wrong.. I found this to be very surprising from this location since one of my visits about a year ago during lunch had an entire "event" room full of mentally disabled kids. I went over to greet them and their teachers (I'm assuming since they were there from a school bus).. they were all very polite and so were the teachers. I didn't see any issue with the staff at the time and they seemed to be very pleasant. (I also don't recall seeing that manager, who I will not forget) I do like the pizza and the location but have not been back since then and will not continue to patronage the establishment while that manager is still employed there. I'm not frustrated or unhappy with the product, quality, or necessary the staff. The staff has always been friendly and great. My issue at this point is the process. I must be the unluckiest person here. This time we arrived to pickup a to go order and after mistaken me for another Mark that had an online order was then unable to locate ours. No the other Mark didn't pick it up by mistake. After about 5 minutes of trying to figure out where it was, as they made the statement that they could see the wing order in the back but cannot find the pizzas, they concluded that when they had a printer issue ours didn't print and that caused them not to make it. Now, they immediately started to make it so I had to wait 10-15 more minutes BUT... This is not the first time our order that was done online has been messed up and not put in the oven until after we arrived and had to wait the same time as if we just walked in and ordered it. So this is where I think they need to address this a little better. Do something for the customer to make it better. Never has that been done. We could have just ordered delivery and if something was messed up then they have to fix it. When we come to pick it up, and not be early but on time, and then have to wait like we basically are dining in, do something... So for instance we had a 6pc wing. Say sorry for our hiccup so we doubled your wings, or something. Heck, just something. We are tired of the usual, we are sorry, we will fix it now. Heard it before multiple times.

Again I want to stress. The food, quality, and workers are a 4 star. It's theses issues that I'm getting too use to and with nothing but an I'm sorry, after several times, I'm done...
