Ok, so, Matthew and I recently had lunch from the McDonald's on North Main Street right here in Pearland, and let me just say, there was no service at all. Those that were working the front, I believe 3 may be in upper level position's, I was in major disbelief by how thing's went down from the time I walked inside, to the time I left. When I walked in, there was a young man there waiting on his order, not sure how long he was there but, one of the young ladies brought him his food in the bag, taped it shut, sort of tosses it on the counter in front of him, doesn't look at him, doesn't smile, or tell him,"have a nice day", he got nothing from her. Let me back up a second y'all, when I first went inside, two of them watched as this other lady was walking out, clearly this woman, bless her heart, may have possibly been handicapped. This lady was coming to the door to leave, I look over, these two same young ladies looked at one another and began to say some not so nice thing's in this womans direction. Once the young man left with his food, I was standing there waiting for someone to approach and help me, I was stared at and never once acknowledged, I even put up my hand and politely, but very clearly said,"Umm, excuse me, can I get some help"? Again, I got stared at and no response at all. Needless to say, I left there hungry still. The only reason's I gave them the two star's I did, was for the store being immaculate, and the appearance of the employee's. My experience was terrible and I don't know that I'll go back to that store again, and I live here, just down the street from it! Thank you to the three young ladies that changed my mind on that being the most awesome McDonald's I've ever been too. I'm pretty sure the GM would be really unhappy to know that's how his/her employee's are treating the customer's. Here's your two iffy star's McDonald's on North Main Street, thanks for not helping me....
Read moreI was doing a postmates delivery and was trying to pick up an order from here, and I gotta say I’m very disappointed with the people working at this McDonald’s. I told them the name of the order recipient and I told them that I was from postmates, but the manager at that time kept talking over me telling me that they had no mobile order. I go to their last window and I kept trying to tell them the order code but the manager kept talking over me again telling me the same thing. I then go inside and the manager and I have a long debate on how there was no mobile order in the system. It wasn’t until I had to call fleet support that this matter was finally settled. The manager gave me the order, which was already made, but rather than apologizing for his mistake, he tells me next time to tell them that I’m from postmates. I TOLD THEM TWICE THAT I WAS FROM POSTMATES!!!! I even tried to give them the order code number. The arrogance and incompetence, as well as the level of shamelessness, of this McDonald’s, especially of their manager, knows no bounds. I would never recommend this...
Read moreFor me to give a McDonald’s two stars says a lot. I had to deal with a very rude employee. I just got done picking up food from the drive-through and I drank my Powerade quickly. I walked up to McDonald’s store to get a refill and they were closed. So I walked up to the drive-through window and ask the lady nicely if she could give me a refill on my Powerade which she then replied “I cannot serve you if you don’t have a car“. So I said OK and got in my car and drove up to the window with my empty cup and asked for a refill. This lady proceeded to tell me that she cannot give me a refill when she could’ve told me that to begin with instead of wasting my time. So I told her that she wasted my time and she told me I was wasting her time. That was extremely uncalled for coming from a McDonald’s employee. I come to this establishment often but they won’t be having my services any more. I’ll be back to speak with the manager and if nothing is done to rectify the situation, like teaching employees to be kind and courteous to the customers and not waste their time, I’ll reach out...
