I have never experienced such unprofessional behavior at a restaurant like I saw at this dell taco I never leave bad reviews what so ever and the woman working the line on November 13 2023 at 11:00 pm should have never been put in a shift lead position let alone customer service she is mean rude and honestly after tonight's escapades vindictive I have half a mind to sue that store for what they did to me attn; Uber delivery drivers I know it's hard to pass orders the way Uber has it set up but if all possible I suggest avoiding this location I came to this location to pick up an order when I arrived I informed them of the order and customer name they explained that the order was cancelled by customer and reposted but infact was not the case unfortunately it was the order over who did this as an act of dishonesty sad but not all people are good people I explained from my side what really had to have happened and got on the phone with my trip support to resolve the issue given that dell taco refused to remake the order when it was under a new order number they acted as if me resolving the issue and getting dell taco compensated as well as the customer their food when honestly this was their faultfor not verifying that that the driver confirmed order so they wouldn't be able to cancel the order in the first place but instead of taking accountability it was more like dealing with day care they allowed me to communicate with trip support for ober 45 min resolving the issue so that i could deliver to the custome i got uber to confirm that dell taco would be compensated and offered them to take a picture for their records and after all that the shift lead tho I have much more colorful words in mind said she would not make the order even tho it was not a canceled order so I lost out on the pay the gas and also lost my next delivery because of her I only get to work a few hours at night cause I home school my special needs son who's also has behavioral issues and cannot attend a school while cleaning cooking and doing everything for my home and trying to pay for it all. Read moreI was doing a Uber eats order for this location. The restaurant instructions said the lobby closed at 10 and to use the drive-through after 10. It was about 11pm when I went. I went to the drive-through and they refused to let me get the pick up order through it, and told me I had to come inside. They said the lobby was open until 12 and I could only get it inside. So then I had to wait in the drive-through for about 30 more minutes for three other cars to get their order before I could leave the drive-through to go inside to get the pick up. When I got inside I had like four people look at me, and nobody came up to help me they just walked in the back. I waited for like 15minutes inside with no help. So I saw an order on the corner of the counter, I grabbed it to read the ticket to see if it was the right one, so I could leave. I’d already waited a long time in the drive through line and now waited for someone to acknowledge me. I wanted to hurry and get the customer their order and go home I was tired. Then finally they came over to help because they were worried I was stealing it. Gave me the drink for the order and sent me on my way. Read moreHorrible! We ordered via their app to pick up at a certain time as I had to stop and pickup mail and stuff prior. Their garbage app checked me in as being at their location and they made the food without me being there and I hadn't even touched their app! When I was actually ready to get my food at the time I originally ordered it for, my food had already been sitting there for 1/2 hour and was barely lukewarm! The smothered fries I ordered were ruined. They did remake those and ONLY those! They were so super rude and refused to re-make the entire meal so the tacos were barely warm and almost inedible having sat there for so long! I explained their app screwed up and I hadn't touched it! They didn't care at all and kept treating me like garbage and told me to call corporate! I did call corporate and they refunded the entire order and told me that location should NOT have done it like that and SHOULD have replaced the order!
