I brought my 4 yo nephew to come burn off some of his endless energy on a Sunday evening 4-6 (very busy) and was very pleased that it did the trick! It seems, from a 40 yo aunt's perspective, to be a great way for kids of all ages to burn off some steam and allow us older people an opportunity to chill on 1 of many benches or couches throughout the facility. There is also an option for parents to join for an additional fee.
Grippy socks are required but only $3 and can be reused for each additional visit. I got my little guy a vip membership good for 2 hrs of play each day for a month with some additional perks (food, parent play, and sock discount to name a few) for $24 a month and cancelable at anytime I think it's a steal to wear the little guy out for a good night's sleep for everyone!
We went again Monday evening 7-9 (much less busy) and had a seemless check-in experience with just a phone #. Kurtis was walking around handing out water bottles to anyone who wanted them (they do this every day) and was happy to talk with me about the facility and any questions I had. My main concern was that the front doors are automatic and are on sensors, which had me concerned for my lightening flash of a nephew being able to get out to the parking lot in the split second I take my eyes off him. Kurtis told me the front desk staff monitors it, and they usually have a lobby attendant, which is nice but still makes me nervous, especially on super busy days when ur kid can get lost in the chaos of fun.
All in all, I am stoked to find this place to help me babysit my nephew for the next week and a half while his parents are overseas. Nothing is better than a properly worn-out child to put to bed!

Read moreWe attended our granddaughter’s 13th Birthday party at Ninja Kidz Action Park in South Jordan. We were scheduled from 6 -8 pm, it was a long check in process, lots of waiting, definitely needed more help at check in. The area reserved for our party was a good size, it worked well for our group. We had an individual party hostess for the group, she was helpful. One thing I thought was unusual was when we arrived, we were told that the pizza would be served after one hour and 15 minutes of jumping. Mind you the party started at 6 pm… They have many different party packages to choose from, make sure you ask questions to know exactly what you’re signing up for. We were not asked what time we wanted the pizza served. Also parents, grandparents are able to attend without a cost, you only pay for attendees that jump. However when they brought the sodas and pizza, they only provided cups and plates for the number of guests who were jumping. We did pay for additional pizza, so we had to track down more cups and plates. There was some confusion about the parent of the child being able to jump for free, my daughter was told the parent was included in the package costs. When we went to pay the final bill my daughter was charged for jumping, it was straightened out satisfactorily, but just a little bit chaotic. It was fun time for the kids, they had a great time. I would definitely consider a party there again, it is an easy, large venue for parties. The pizza was enjoyed by the kids. We supplied our own decorations and cake. It is a good place for kids...

UPDATE 2/5: The owner reached out to me shortly after I left this review. Literally within an hour he left a message on my phone, and because I wasn’t able to pick up and he also sent a text message to follow up. He was concerned with what I had posted and wanted to make things right he apologized and understood the concerns I had and also offered for us to come back on him. We went back on a different day at a different time and it wasn’t as busy. My son had such a blast and I really appreciated how the owner took my comments seriously and didn’t try to play them off. Overall, I’m incredibly impressed with the management and the facility. We will be back!
Oof. There’s no way this place is allowed to hold as many people as they let in. Their little kid area is not for toddlers- it’s for kids 10 and under. There was at least 60 kids in the soft play area today (at one time). 10 year olds don’t really pay attention to who’s around them and my son (3) got pushed down several times just by kids running. Another time he got hit in the face on purpose. They tried to hard sell me to a month membership....
