They have quite a variety of mattresses in the upper price ranges, and the commission-based salesmen are sure to do their best to make sure you buy something at the highest price they can get you to swallow. I appreciated their system for helping me figure out what I liked...except I ended up not liking the mattress we ended up with (and REALLY disliking the adjustable base, which is not returnable). The 120-day low-price guarantee doesn't really happen (see the comment on commission-based salesmen) because there are so many different employees with different ideas on how it works. We also found out that the company's return policies are open for interpretation, as three different employees gave us three different interpretations, none of which matched our understanding of the contract. They 'd definitely prefer an exchange and will keep you in the store with promises of taking care of you and getting you a better deal on a mattress you like better, but in our experience that "better deal" required us to hand over an additional $2,800 in order to exchange our purchase. I was only shown beds above the range we specified wanting to pay, nevertheless I ended up choosing the top of the line recommended bed. Upon paying and leaving the store the woman who made our sale said "Thanks you just got us a pizza for lunch!" Making us leave thinking "was this the best for us or was these options only showed to us based on a quota". (Betty) We were also told that we were getting a mattress that would be included in the "Black Friday sale" therefore we would just have to call back to receive a refund for the difference. I called several times and was told "it was processing". I called again today to check on the status to be told that our claim "slipped through the cracks". I had been calling to deal with Betty so many times and she would say "I'll get back to you" and would return the call to my husband (at work) to say that I was upset and wanted to explain the situation to him instead. My entire experience here was unprofessional and I would never recommend using this location unless you have months to harass them for the refund they asked us to call back about.
