I generally reserve posting negative comments about restaurants however the experience was so bad..I hope that this helps to make the chain better or help customers to avoid it all together. This is the third time going here and each time is the same. The last visit was worse. Immediately walking in all employees were on their phones and did not acknowledge me or others. When they did the employee was rude and didnât even bother to look up and make eye contact. I said âthank youâ and her response was âyupâ. From there she walked to her co worker to discuss her late night partying the night before. Awesome. Get the food which was basically thrown from afar as it landed on the counter with no âhave a good dayâ. Again I said âthank youâ as four of the employees were on their phones or talking to each other. No response. The floor was littered with food and garbage as I noticed walking out. What are your cleaning policies here? The food was wrong as usual. Wrong pieces of chicken and the ones we were given were burnt and dry. This order wasnât for me but for someone who used to go here all of the time. A lifelong customer. She refused to eat it. It was actually disgusting to look at. I am not sure what has happened here. How is the place being managed? The personal and practical experience here was probably the worst I have ever had in any restaurant. Definitely the crew needs to be trained on basic customer service skills and if they canât give itâŚthen manage it! Do a pulse check on the quality of your food that you are handing out to people....
   Read moreIt's a combo KFC & Taco Bell, so I ordered a $5 box, which comes with a leg & a thigh (original recipe), mashed potatoes with gravy, a biscuit and a cookie. I also ordered a mini beefy quesadilla off the taco bell menu. After an inordinate wait, they finally called our number. Jordan starts munching out on his dinner and I est the quesadilla. When I'm done with that I open my box and, hmmm, what is that. They have me some chicken tenders and steak fries. I brought it to the counter and showed them their mistake. They have me a new box, which has the correct chicken pieces, albeit extra crispy, but somehow it still had the steak fries. By now we're all getting irritated. I realize we're approaching that place in food service where the staff is contemplating doing nasty things to your food. So I gently remind them that it should be mashed and gravy. We ask if we can order and come in and eat if we clean up after, they say yes. We order food $110 dollars. We are just about to eat and an employee from the back comes to the front and starts yelling at us that we arenât allowed to eat and of course we argued because they said we could eat and thatâs the only reason we ordered.
