Ordered online for pickup for a family meal and when my mom got home with the sealed bag, we realized that her chicken tender combo was missing except they did remember the soda. the bacon cheese burger with extra pickles I ordered had no pickles and no bacon, just cheese. The chicken inside the sandwiches was delicious but fact that they got the order wrong, didn’t include 1/5 of our order for a meal to celebrate a birthday which left one person without their meal soured our experience and the birthday celebration. Luckily Popeyes online chat support was able to offer a refund for the messed up and missing items but my family wont be ordering from this location again if we can help it and if we do order, we’ll place it in person and double check to make sure it’s correct while we’re there even though they should make sure it’s correct before they...

I went on 7/6/22 @ 9:24pm, and waited over 15mins in the drive-thru and there were only 2 cars ahead of me. Then when I get to the intercom I ordered shrimp. They tell me "we don't have no shrimp". I said I waited all this time for that? I drove up to the window and the manager in a blue polo tells me that if I want shrimp I will have to wait for them to drop some. We ordered two tackle boxes. That's supposed to come with butterfly shrimp. And a side of coleslaw for each. And two flounder sandwiches. What we got was two boxes with a bunch of little shrimp pieces, not butterfly shrimp. It was pathetic. And they didn't ask me if I wanted spicy or not spicy. And it only came with one side of coleslaw. The two fish sandwiches were okay but they were overcooked and greasy. And I had a large order of coleslaw to go with those and we got that. And I kept asking the girl what sizes they had of the sides and she was laughing at me and kept repeating what kind of sides they had.
