This was my first time there for breakfast 3/14/2023. I was excited to go and try it out. We ordered our food and my husband's food came out with just a bagel and avocado; the salmon was missing. He had ordered the Salmon bagel platter. I was trying to get the waiters attention but that took forever so I got up and I let him know, he looked at me as if I was crazy. I told him we are missing the most important part of the plate and he told me that he would check with the kitchen. After waiting for like 10 min for him to come back, he told me that my plate did not come with it. The kitchen told him that there is no salmon on the order. I told him look at the receipt it says salmon. He told me that the kitchen told him there is no salmon. I asked to speak to the manager which did not even care or bother to help me. At this point I was so upset that I told him to take the plate with him because I was not going to sit there and argue over something I paid for already. They are very quick to charge you a fee of 15% because they know that if they serve you right or wrong, they already have their money/tip on their side. I asked them for a credit me because I did not eat my plate. That took longer than the first time I called him, so I got up walked to the cashier and told her I want my credit back for bad service and for not taking care of their clients as they are supposed to.
