Completely un satisfied with this store. I place an order online for cyber Monday and received a 70% off code which to me was great! I ordered a dress and pants. After 3 days I messaged the store to see where my order was and because of the volume of orders they still hadn’t gotten to mine. I later received a message saying that my items where currently no longer in stock but when I went online they had the product in my size at retail full price! I bought a gift for my friend. Again I restate it was a GIFT it fit her big. She went back to the store and said the girls would not even see the dress. And the return policy is only 7 days. Which is ridiculous because it’s a GIFT. Mind u most stores do a 30 day period. Or at least exchange the merchandise. All she wanted to do is get the same dress in another size. I just got home from a wonderful shopping experience at Lotus Couture and felt the need sit down immediately and write a review..I absolutely LOVE this boutique...I drove 45 mins to the actual store to hopefully find a dress for this evening and walked out with two! Daniela and Michelle were so helpful! Thank you ladies for such a fun shopping experience..Will definitely take the drive ANYTIME!!!...
