The service is by far the worst service at any jimmy John's I have ever been t The lady in front with glasses seems like a hard worker but is horrible interacting with customers . You ask her a question and she is short not customer friendly at all. The other girl with dark hair is super nice and the other young kid was very helpful and friendly. I hate to give them a bad rating, but that girl in the front must be the shift lead with the glasses and she's very short she's condescending and should not be interacting with customers.. the rating should say it all but when I saw the 3.6 rating Google review. Now I know why the rate at 3.6.. my advice to management is to either train that girl on the front to be customer friendly and not condescending or replace her with the other girl with dark hair. That is very customer friendly because at the end of the day you are serving customers you cannot be short with customers. They got my order wrong but the main thing is the service is horrible. If no one has ever been to Jimmy John's and they going to that store on skyline Drive I guarantee you they're gonna have a bad perception of Jimmy John's in total. I never really take time to give a bad review unless it's horrible and this experience the food was wrong. The service is horrible and this is the second time I've been in there and that girl in the front with glasses with dark hair makes the environment not welcoming . The address the sandwhiches were to be delivered to was 5 minutes away. On the day of delivery when the sandwhiches were 20 minutes late (5:05) I called Jimmy John's. They advised me that they had had a busy day and were running late and the driver was just getting ready to leave. The sandwhiches were delivered 30 minutes late. I had a wedding party to feed prior to the reception and didn't have and extra 30 minutes to spare. When you spend $220 on sandwhiches with a delivery time of 4:45 that is what I expected!! What happened to their slogan "Freaky Fast or it's Free"??? When I called and talked to the assistant manager the next day he offered nothing he just sat on the other end of the phone. This is NOT GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE, if you are in the need of catering of any kind I would not reccomend Jimmy John's in South Ogden . You would be better off to get your order from a company that delivers on time and holds up their end of a prepaid...

Every sandwich was made completely differently than what was requested. This was after they confirmed our order to us, so we know they heard our order correctly. Not sure why they just started slinging ingredients at random sandwiches Willy-Nilly. Not worth it at all, unbelievable we drove home only to have to turn around and go back in.
Then, the cherry-on-top of our already frustrating experience, the staff was incredibly rude about the mistake they made. They insinuated we were lying, despite bringing them the untouched sandwiches made with the incorrect ingredients, not sure what they thought our "scam" was. They expected us to feel bad about them ruining a $40 order, when it's our $40 being wasted.
