Update: Dine in Visit 8/5/22 @ 11:15am-12:02pm w/Server Matt: Excellent!!
We decided to dine in for lunch today. Now a few weeks into them being open and I am still blown away and this is my favorite local Italian place to go! My son had the spaghetti meatless marinara and I went with my servers recommendation of the Penne Bolognese. My son who is a very picky eater had eaten a basket and a half of their delicious rolls and devoured all of his pasta with a smile on his face! Both of our pastas came with rolls and a dinner salad. He does not like salad so I was more than happy to take his home. Still hands down, the best ranch I’ve ever had!!! After eating every last bite of my salad and 2 rolls I started in on my heavenly looking main dish! This Bolognese has a rich beefy aroma and taste that favors more of a meaty vodka sauce finish rather than a garden-tomato overhaul. The best one I’ve tasted yet in my years! Ambiance was great! Servers and Owner were attentive and friendly. My OCD always gets me with dust/dirt/bugs/ things on the floor yet this place was in Prestine condition and the atmosphere was just right, not too hot or cold, and music playing softly overhead. So we truly enjoyed our meal once again with Napoli’s! Thank you for another amazing experience!!
1st visit: Ordered take out. Was told 15 mins it would be ready. We wanted to see what it looked like inside since they’ve only been open for a week. It’s really cute and we were instantly greeted by a friendly lady. From order to having it handed to me it was only like 8 minutes but we were prepared to wait even longer than the 15 mins just because they’re a newer place and that’s expected. We ordered off the lunch menu, spaghetti, rolls, and salad. The salad was beautiful and delicious and the best ranch I have ever had. The rolls were authentic and had such a rich flavor! And holy cow!! The lunch portion is huge! This would definitely feed my son and I! It was absolutely amazingly authentic and so scrumptious!! I’m so happy there is another option aside from the repeatative corporate taste of Olive Garden. We are planning on dining in this weekend! Thank you and congrats on your beautiful new restaurant! We wish you the best...
Read moreOur first experience at Napoli’s was on a Saturday night. We arrived about 6 PM, the waiting room was busy but not full. We were given a 25 minute wait time, but so was everybody else who came in after us. We were standing near the check-in podium, and because I’m nosy, I watched as customers gave their name for the wait list. The system is a little wonky, but the hostess, although being very busy, was very efficient (but doesn’t like you to look at her list) and we were seated in 25 minutes. Here’s a tip. If you go up and check where you are on the wait list, the hostess will say you’re next, no matter where you really are on the list, and will seat you next. At least that was happening Saturday and it’s probably why the list is so guarded😳 After reading previous reviews we were looking forward to trying the rolls, they were good. I think they are rolled out and cooked like cinnamon rolls, that’s how the get their shape. We thought they could have been better seasoned, however we both ate two of them so no complaining here! Others have stated they had difficulty getting refills on the rolls but our server brought more rolls before we had to ask. Some reviewers weren’t satisfied with the salad but we enjoyed ours especially with the house made dressings. I had Italian, hubby had ranch. We ordered the Italy Trip and Pasta Combo. Delicious, you can tell they are house made. I believe the pasta combo had Vodka sauce, so creamy and so good. If you’re lactose intolerant be sure and take your pills, there is no skimping on the cheese. The portions are generous, we each ate about 1/2 of our dinners. The leftovers made one complete meal which we took home and our 19 year son promptly ate! Next time we will probably one dinner and share. The folks next to us ordered the Italian Cream Cake and again, because I’m nosy, I had to ask about it. And even though we were full, we ordered a slice, if had known how good it was, I would have started with dessert! I actually wanted to take home a whole cake, alas there was no leftover cake for our son😳 Thank you Napoli’s for the, clean environment, great service and delicious food. We will be back, but at a...
Read moreI will start by saying that the second star is because the food was good… but the service was so bad that I cannot, in good conscience, rate this place any higher. We dined in for the first time for my birthday. I was so excited only to be very disappointed. There was an issue with an appetizer and when I politely let the server know, she said she’d have to talk to her manager about it. Not a problem, I understood that not all restaurants give the servers the autonomy to take care of their customers. The manager (who seemed to also be the owner) came to the table and asked “what’s the problem?” She was immediately very cold and defensive. I kindly explained and was shocked by the way she treated us. She was so rude. I have never been treated so poorly. She said verbatim, “next time read!” And grabbed the menu off of the table and stormed off. I was so upset that I grabbed a menu and waited for her to come back around. I told her that nowhere on the menu did it list what was in the appetizer and that maybe it would be a good idea to add descriptions to the menu. I also told her she didn’t have to be so rude and speak to me the way she did. I am not one to be let others treat me that way. She said a half hearted sorry and walked away. Our server was very awkward with us the rest of our dinner and wasn’t very personable. When she brought the check, the appetizer was still on the check. I didn’t want to have to go through this again. The server ignored me every chance she got close enough for me to bring it to her attention. Finally, after about 10 minutes she walked up and said “there’s that” and dropped the new check on the table, grabbing and crumpling the old one and walking away. We quickly paid and left. My cousin apologized profusely for the poor experience. She wanted to treat me for my birthday and didn’t expect it to go this way. I will not be returning and cannot...
