Update I emailed Warren's like they asked me too and they replaced the meal that we had. I must say that they certainly did redeem themselves. The GM Ashley was very personable and customer service oriented. The new meal was on point and cooked to perfection like the Warren's we had previously known. We will now be gladly returning to Warren's in the future.

What happened to the Warren's we loved? This used to be where we would go when we could eat out. It does cost more than other places but it was worth it. It has been a few months since we got food from there and it was a horrible experience! My husband ordered 2 fish and chips, deep fried mushrooms, onion rings and 2 large lime rickies. First they only put in one order of fish and chips so he had to order another, no big deal. When we were unpacking the food at home it looked like it had just been thrown in the bags. In one order of fish and chips there were NO chips just smashed onion rings under the fish, instead of being in a container to themselves. There were only 6 mushrooms that were all clumped together in a square shape. The worst part was there was NO syrup in the sprite for the lime rickies! The food itself tasted like it was over cooked and fried together in the same fryer. My husband called them back to let them know especially about the sprite and the girl just said "oh I'm sorry. Well i guess we need to switch out the sprite then. I can add points to your account unless you want to come back." We were so disappointed and disgusted to waste $40 on this stuff. I have never been more disrespected by staff before. Must be a guy in training. Tattoos on knuckles and gauges in ears. He was being trained by a tall guy who’s name I think was Michael? I am 8 months pregnant and stood behind one customer for 20 minutes while this Michael guy took forever to take a $35 order. As soon as the customer in front of me was done, he walked away and I stepped up to the counter.... Michael looked at me and then turned around and walked away. Pulled out his wallet and started talking to knuckle tattoos about a dollar bill with 666 written on it. I was completely ignored. A crew member who seemed pretty stretched thin noticed me and asked if I had been helped, I said no and he helped me and was very kind. I didn’t catch his name, but I want to say thank you to him. He was kind and even gave me an order of fries. All while Michael and knuckles stood and gabbed like high school cheerleaders.

If the tall guy with the crooked teeth is the manager, shame on the owners for putting him there. He needs to be excused and sure as hell should NOT be training new staff. That was unacceptable. I’ve never been so disrespected in my life. And as an 8 month pregnant woman I know I’m not invisible.

To the crew member who helped me tonight. I had a really rough weekend and just wanted to eat some food on my break. Thank you for helping me

This Warren‘s location is a serious and utter mess and a complete joke, and honestly needs corporate to come in and do some corrections, I am a Warren fan and love the Kaysville location and wanted to try out the Riverdale location The first time I tried it I was a complete utter mess and a waste of money but I just thought maybe it was a bad night or the server that was working so I thought I would to wait and try it again. The second time was an even bigger disappointment not one thing on my order was correct after I sat there for a good 15 minutes talking with them breaking it down making sure they got it right because it was nothing but unexperienced teenagers working. Then, when my order comes, the sizes are wrong , the food‘s wrong, It’s missing things everything I had asked for was ignored just a complete joke and on top of that the service was very unaccommodating and inexperienced never struggled so bad to order food. Honestly sad I wasted my money on this restaurant, by the time I left it took everything in me not go back in there and just give them my order and ask for a refund but I had got a Togo order and didn’t want to drive back after I realized the situation, WOULDNT RECOMMEND GOING HERE! This restaurant honestly disappointed me and I won’t be going back...
