Worst taco bell experiance ever. I walked in tried to use the self serve kiosk. After the item i was looking for was not easy to locate and stood by the counter for a few minutes only to be directed back to a self serve kiosk. The item i wanted to order was not easy found, the person who came to help could not find it either. Eventually we located the taco buritto party pack we were looking for. I selected dine in. But the staff on-site made it clear when they bagged up all of my items as well as 4 other dine in customers meals. But I guess since the dining room was not the cleaned well I guess i can't blame the employees. As my order was being made I noticed one of the employees was coughing and 3 team members were not wearing masks. (As this will live online forever its important to note Covid-19 pandemic is still going on and the staff is walking around like its summer 2019.) So after I requested to speak to the manager on duty he stated there wasn't much he could do about it... but about a minute later the team member grabbed a mask from under the front counter and went back to work. Only to be reminded by the manager that he had to wash his hands prior to making any more food. Keep in mind I watched that same team member cough several times while making other peoples food. So when my order was completed I noticed they made a mistake. I went back to the kiosk I was forced to order from and confirmed that the item I selected matched the digital receipt I selected. Instead of acknowledging the error the team making the fiodtold me that they gave me what I ordered, they were wrong and I had a receipt to prove it. When I finally received the beverages I ordered I went to fill my drink and noticed none of the non-carbonated beverages worked. They were all producing water only. I told the manager and the hour or so i spent eating with my children important to note that the beverage situation was not corrected either. This taco bell has been in my area for quite some time and the quality has dramatically gone down hill. In the past 3 years. Not sure if its a owner/management issue or the poor quality of the workers they are hiring, but this will be the last time I ever patronize this location. Its a shame that people can be put in a position of authority over an establishment and they can not mane their staff follow basic health and cleanliness standards during a global pandemic. Also while I was here I heard about 12 other customers complain about their orders being messed up. The place was a mess. See the attached images of the floor by the accessable dining area to confirm the lack of cleanup in the...
Read moreI've been to this Taco Bell many times and usually it's an average experience. Three straight down the line, but my experience last night was the worst experience I think I ever had at a fast food restaurant. I pulled up to the drive-thru because I ordered through the app and selected drive-thru. Weirdly enough my order was on the menu board outside. But the gentleman asked me for my order and I told him I was picking up and he said since they're open I have to come inside there's no drive-thru option which I know for a fact is lie because I've done this plenty of times. So I came in and I waited by the register where nobody was just standing there. An employee walked up and asked what I was there for and I said I had a pickup order and he pointed at the pickup order station where there was one order and it definitely was not mine. So he walked away and brought over some older Indian gentleman which is definitely the man who was speaking to me on the drive-thru speaker. He said I didn't know what I was talking back so I had to pull up my order which I've never had to do that before so I pulled it up in the app but it didn't have an order number on it so then I clicked it and eventually and order number showed up. Then he said one second and walked away. A few minutes later a nice Hispanic woman brought out my order but she brought me a incorrect drink I said that's not my drink I did order a drink but that's not it and then that same older Indian man said I didn't get a drink. I got a combo bix which comes with a drink which I even paid for the upsize. He turned around and walked away before I can show it to him. Somebody had left a large drink container on the counter so I just took it and got my own drink and then I stood back there when I opened it to see that they didn't put my sauce in the bag like it said on the order, which unfortunately happens a lot. The same Hispanic woman that brought up my order I got her attention and asked her for mild sauce was she gladly got for me. I don't know if that older Indian man is a manager or what but he sucks at his job and I could tell that the people around him were tired of his bull as well. Do yourself a favor and fire him. Promote that little Hispanic woman if you need to because she was a...
Read moreThis is consistently the most-busy, longest-wait, poorest-service Taco Bell in Central New Jersey. It would actually take less time, and you would have a better experience if you drove 20 minutes one-way from this location to a different Taco Bell. The wait is often an hour or more, and when you get your order, it is incorrect, poorly made, and often spilling inside of the bag. This location also arbitrarily decides when they end breakfast, so getting there an hour before the menu change is not a guarantee you'll be able to order what you want.
On one visit, it became apparent that the franchise owner had deemed leaving the entire operation of the store up to what appeared to be one single employee. This was not the first time that the store appeared understaffed, but it was the most egregious example.
On my most recent visit, we waited over an hour in the drive thru where we were nearly nearly struck by several people attempting to enter or leave the poorly-lit, practically unmarked lot. When we got to the window, we still had to wait over five minutes before anyone came over, they didn't look understaffed, but none of them were wearing masks, our order was wrong (several items that were meant to be other things, and which were wrapped in a manner indicating they were those things, were actually plain soft tacos), they gave us sugared soda instead of diet, and much of the food was so shoddily made that it bordered on inedible.
I hate to say, "this Taco Bell is so bad that it actually ruined my night" but that's how bad the experience was....
