Wendy's — Restaurant in South Plainfield

Every time I go I tell them not to put anything on top of my food that is not fully covered or wrapped, and they keep doing it. Today I requested to get me the honey mustard before they pack the food because I don't like touching my fries ( they touch the register, money, etc and of course don't wash hands). The employee said: "we won't do that". When he handed me the bag, the packs of honey mustard were on top of my fries, I said, that's why I asked before to give me the sauce, he didn't care, I felt angry and put the top fries on counter, he stared calling me rude, rude,rude. I went to my table and decided to go back to apologize for leaving the fries on the counter and explain that my son is sick and I just trying to be careful but him and another employee stared mucking, talking about I don't understand that I do the same when I use my card to pay, just trying to prove me wrong, never even tried to apologize just trying to make me look like I'm a crazy . Is not very sanitary anything on top of food, napkins, utensils, etc.that are being previously touch with dirty hands. March 16 Saturday around 3 30pm I go around thru drive through I tried to order the promo $1 burger but I didn't order thru app. I decided on $5;biggie bag. Also requested a large cup of ice. At checkout I gave cashier my bank debit card he gave me my soda 1st i then asked about my ice he did have it but had to be reminded. I paid for food but he didn't give me a reciept before leaving. I quickly asked for my reciept but had a gut feeling this was necessaryl. So .I looked at the reciept.and found I was grossly overcharged. I parked a shy away from that window and went to speak to manager. I told her I was overcharged but she claimed it was a mistake that he charged for a large soda not just 95 cents for ice. BE AWARE OF THE KIDS who are handling transactions anywhere. Guarantee you your getting ripped of in some sort of way. Don't neglect getting reciepts and don't get where u feel rushed and where you don't get your due...

Overall it's the typical Wendy's. You know the food you love the food. It's the little things that gets you. Everytime my wife stops for food for us and the kids my chilli order is ALWAYS messed up. I get the chilli with everything onion and cheese. I worked at a Wendy's during my younger days and everything also includes crackers sour cream and a hot sauce packet. Yet I constantly only get crackers. Wife has even said to include sour cream and nope not in the bag ever. This is the only Wendy's I've ever had this issue with. Edit: dropping from three stars to one star. Just went through the drive thru to get food for the family. Me and my wife each got medium meals. Both of our medium fries the container was barely filled. It was almost like we got the amount of fries that come in...
