Aroma Joe's Coffee — Restaurant in South Portland

A couple of days ago, I ordered 2 drinks which ran 14.00. They ran my card thru the app. Then the lady says she needs to run it again, which puts 2 charges on my bank card. She then tells me that on their end, it didn't go thru. I tell her and show her it did. The Manager comes up and asks to run it a 3rd time. I say I am not running it a 3rd time. She argued that I should check my bank account again. She also keeps apologizing ..which meant nothing to me because she wasn't willing to tell me how I could get into touch with someone from Aroma Joe's to correct the situation. I called back later and she said "Well when I tried to help u, u drove off". I told her that I didn't drive off, I just pulled to the side so that I might be able to remedy the situation online. She then said, "Well if u come back, I could look it up and see what I can do". I then said, I was right there and u could have done it then" She then said, you have to complain about the app online, because I don't know what to tell you. But I leave in a little while, so you need to come back before that." It was crazy because she didn't know her job and wanted to blame me because she said it didn't go thru on end. I highly advise any older people or otherwise to not go there. This Manager was disrespectful and shouldn't be working there. Terrible...

Ya know... it's a coffee place. You drive up, place an order, and then drive away. In regards to the help though they are wonderful little creatures that are pleasant to talk too AND they get the order right! But really how hard is it to get a drink incorrect? Yeah let's not argue that one. Pricing though... let's talk about pricing... Although the beverages are refreshing they are pricy. Are they Starbucks pricy? Close but no cigar. I could get two of what I order in a convenient store, but hey.. they are a local business and we should be dropping some of our currency on them as well. And as the old saying goes "Buy cheap, get cheap. Buy good, get good." Overall though the big picture is that it's just another coffee and snack shack. And if you want to stop along your way to the airport for a quick something by all means do. Just make sure to finish it before you...

The service is excellent the staff are always very friendly and they have a wide selection of different flavored beverages and sandwiches too many to name...youll habw to pull up a menu or sit there drooling at it in the drive. Aroma Joe's Coffee is usually conveniently located right off of the road making it as convenient and much tastier than the offerings of other donut and coffee shops along the main road. I have never had such a tasty sandwich at a drive-thru before since going to Aroma Joe's. Thank you for being there right next to the other guys which makes my decision that...
