Burgers on wheels has been on our list for a while and we finally got to try it out! The moment we walked in, the staff was very nice and welcoming. This is the littlest thing, but shout out to the lady in the front who was specifically helpful when picking out a burger. I really enjoyed how she explained how spicy their Jalapeño burger was and I wish that everyone would do the same ! Spice level is always finicky, especially here in Utah, but her explanation of what kind of jalapeños and how many pieces to expect was a really nice change.

We ordered the jalapeño burger and the pastrami burger and a side of Cajun fries. Everything came out super quick and was hot and fresh. The pastrami burger was a decent size and still dripping with the pastrami juice! It made the bread a little soggy, so I couldn’t let it sit too long. The jalapeño burger was a good spice level and had a tasty flavor. Fries were nice and crunchy and the fry sauce was delicious.

Can wait to go back...

I hired these guys to cater The City Library’s Summer Staff Celebration this year and I am absolutely thrilled that I did! The owner, Manuel, was so professional and easy to work with. I highly recommend Burgers on Wheels to anyone who wants some delicious burgers, sandwiches and sides for an event! They somehow pumped out 180 full meals in 3 hours, when I had estimated only a maximum turnout of 120. So grateful to everyone working in the truck, so grateful for how delicious and fresh it was, so happy a google search leads me to them! For an event or not, do yourself a favor and go get a meal from them. One of the last spots where reasonable prices meets high quality and flavor! Thanks again...

Truly the best burger in town. I had the garlic burger — juicy, perfectly seasoned, and layered with just the right punch of garlic without being overpowering. The Parmesan bun held its own like a champ, and every bite was a little burger symphony.

This place doesn’t need neon signs or exposed brick to prove anything. It’s old-school, no-BS, flavor-forward burger magic!!

Now the pistachio shake? Creamy, nostalgic, and somehow made me feel like I was on a date in 1962... but with myself. 10/10 would slurp again.
