This used to be another taco spot that had amazing Al pastor tacos. I’m so sad to say the Al pastor tacos here tasted bland, dry and nothing like Al pastor. I honestly don’t even know what was in the taco but it was like eating dry day old unseasoned chicken-ish) I’m sorry to say they were like a 1 star taco. I got my bf a battered fish taco and he liked it and said it’s about a 4 star taco. The salsa bar was amazing though and I love that they now have access to the building next door so you can now sit down and enjoy your tacos. I’ll probably give it another try and order something different next time. The service was so warm and friendly . I really wanted to love this spot!!
Tacoland - Previous location (the top pic is from this location - I miss these tacos!!!) WOW!!! Seriously flavor packed tacos!! I had the al pastor tacos and they were AMAZING!!! They come with onions, cilantro and grilled pineapple. 🍍 Salsa was perfect. This is most definitely my new favorite taco spot in the Salt Lake area! I’ll probably be back weekly they’re...
Read moreI have ordered this place 3-4 times a week on average for the last few months, and I could scream about them from the rooftops. Their green enchiladas are so yum and that’s what initially got me hooked. I then became obsessed with their shrimp and carne asada tacos. The shrimp tacos are literally the best I’ve ever had, and the carne asada tacos are delicious and LOADED with steak. My latest obsession is probably the best thing on their menu. This dish has officially secured a spot on my “death row meal.” THE CARNE ASADA NACHOS. They are so yummy. They clearly make their own tortilla chips here and they are delish and the nachos are loaded with cheese, nacho cheese sauce, guacamole, pico, so much carne asada, crema drizzled over, and beans. I could eat them every day and never get sick of them. Literally would pay $40 for those...
Read moreOrdered a few tacos and a Burrito..Only one other couple in the place with no dashers etc..It took 30 minutes but I remained patient..I was wondering why it was 57 bucks and realized they upsized everything and also added a Birria taco that I did not order..Finally got the food and it was not good at all. There were pieces of bone and fat in the enchiladas and the beans and rice were old and hard.Could not even eat the carne asada tacos because the meat was tough and full of gristle. All around one of the worse experiences at a Mexican taco shop..They had some BS fee with the card reader that you find out about later also..Would not ever...
