Based on my experience. Understanding that most people don't know the difference between good food and bad food . If you don't know the difference and you live in Utah and you don't know any Else then this restaurant will be great for you . If you know any difference in quality of food, this place is not good at all. I'm sure there's going to be a lot of people visiting it because it just opened, but I don't think this place will last.

Compared to other ones or the one right behind the building. So as for quality of food, I don't think the quality is that great. The oysters are disgusting. The muscles are disgusting. The shrimp is pretty good. We like the shrimp paste. The shrimp paste is not that great here. They ran out a matter of fact.

As for the service, horrible we place an order for meat or an item and they wouldn't ever bring it out.

The broth selection not that good. It's funny because we asked the girl for a sample. Just a little tiny cup full. She can only give us one. And it wasn't even a broth that we wanted to taste.

The good things about the place it's clean, everything's new and fresh. The drinks are included. I like that.

The beads going into the bathroom are ridiculous.

The tapioca for dessert. It's tasteless. I'm not saying tapioca is always the best and has tons of flavor, but when you just put tapioca in milk it's not that great.

The fruit is garbage The chicken wings are gross. There's no flavor to them

The wontons and egg rolls. Nothing to them, just don't even eat them.

We are not coming back to this place. I will not spend my money here. In my opinion, the food is not quality. The food is not that great. The food may be great if you don't know any different. I don't want food that's frozen to ice cubes. I don't want to have to chop away food because it's frozen solid.

The vegetables are okay The noodles are all Frozen which is fine but you can't just take the noodles. You got a chisel the noodles off the frozen block of noodles.

The dessert and the ice cream. What a joke come on. You can't have some real ice cream.

I gave it a one star because the place is clean and it's nice. Seriously, I'd rather go somewhere else if the food is better because that's what I'm there for. If you don't care about quality food and good food with flavor then go here. But if you do care about those things don't go here. And if you care about service, don't go here. Just for soup, it's...

tldr: They tried to hide an extra charge on our ticket and caused an anxiety attack.

I came here with a group of 15 friends and family for my birthday, excited to celebrate over hotpot. Unfortunately, the experience turned bad and stressful, especially over how the restaurant handled a simple seating and pricing issue.

We were split into three tables. My mom was seated at a table that chose the premium option. When she realized it was a $20 difference (which she didn’t need or want), she started to get anxious. She barely eats much and definitely didn’t need the premium meats. One of our friends kindly offered to switch seats so she could move to a non-premium table and avoid the extra cost.

We told the server about the change, but she insisted my mom would still be charged the premium price even if she wasn't sitting at that table anymore. That made no sense. My mom was having a visible panick attack, which isn’t good for someone who is 65, and the servers still didn’t care to help. We spent what felt like forever trying to explain the situation to her. Eventually, we asked to speak to someone else, and went up to the front to clarify things. Someone there seemed to understand, confirmed who was sitting where, and we thought everything was finally resolved. Unfortunately I didn’t get to eat much because I spent so much time talking to them on the issue.

But when the check came, the server still tried to charge my mom for the premium price. We had to spend more time talking to her again. Only after we specifically asked what each person was being charged did she finally fix it. Then she went to the other table and tried to charge them for four premium meals, when there were only three people left after my mom had switched tables. It honestly felt like they were trying to charge our group twice for her.

We spent over $500 at this restaurant. It’s ridiculous that we had to jump through hoops over a $20 difference. The way the staff handled it was disorganized, dismissive, and made what should’ve been a fun birthday celebration feel stressful and uncomfortable. We will not be...
