Jimmy John's — Restaurant in South Salt Lake

Adding to this review since I decided to give them another whirl…. Well I should have known better. Ordered and unwhich no Mayo, but with djon mustard. Got it, I have neither on it. Just oil and vinegar literally pooring out of it, now it’s sitting in a pool of something I didn’t even order on it. And it wasn’t even wrapped all the way around. I now have a pile of veggies and meat that is not appetizing at all. I mean look at the grease!! The cucumber is see through, which tells me it’s been sitting for days. The turkey is gross looking as well. Garbage, and a waste of money. Waste of money. Do better JJ’s. 🤦🏻‍♀️ this was the last chance I’m giving them. At least the chips and soda came sealed in their own packaging. But that credit doesn’t go to them. Lol The delivery driver asked me for additional tip, even though I tipped when I paid online…

This location is VERY hit or miss. More miss than hit. I order from here usually about once a week because it’s the closest to my office. The drivers are always friendly. However, the sandwich is rarely what was ordered and not worth waiting for another delivery. Wish there was another one closer to my office. Today I ordered the beach club, which should have avocado spread ( it doesn’t ) I also ordered xtra veg and peppers, did not receive those either. Time to take a break from JJ’s...

I ordered a gargantuan with no roast beef I can't eat it and extra turkey I get it it's got roast beef all over I called back and they offered me a free one to be remade The driver told me that I had to exchange them and then I called Jimmy John's said no that second one is free it shouldn't even matter, I'm a repeat customer for a very long time at least twice a week but that driver was very disrespectful and didn't know he was talking about I gave it to my girl already had bitten it right when I came back in I talked to whoever was in charge and he was appalled that the driver didn't even give me my free sandwich that they gave me employees in restaurant are absolutely fantastic just the drivers are a little bit on edge It seems, but yet again I did get that free sandwich and it's still was the wrong order still roast beef everywhere I'm going to give it back I found out it wasn't the roast beef it's the caprio meat that doesn't sit well with me they give me a gift card and since I was in the wrong I returned it to them hopefully to help someone else out that doesn't have enough money or something you guys are awesome The GM was...

Would recommend that eat somewhere else. I ordered my sandwich and was waiting and noticed the customer before me was complaining about his sandwich. Noticed people after me was getting there sandwiches so asked what happened to mine. Was told that they gave mine to the customer before me which he noticed after he opened it up and looked inside that was not his, I watched him touch it with his bare hands. They rewrapped the sandwich and gave to me, even though the customer had touched and picked around the inside of it. I said I wanted to talk to the manager as you don't give food to someone after someone else has touched it. Was told that the guy who rewrapped the sandwich was the manager and then he got upset with me and I asked him if he would eat it and he said yes, I said go ahead and he threw it away and said that the customers always fkng right. Told him to just give my money back and will go elsewhere. If this is how the manager is makes me wonder how the rest of the workers there are...would suggest to stay away unless you want more on your sandwich then...
