I hust had a bad experience with this mcdonalds branch. I ordered from the mobile app and redeem points for big mac and ordered additional 1 2 cheeseburger meal. Upon arriving to their drive thru I gave them my order number and my ordered showed up to the screen and the guy on the speaker said hold-on for a minute and then after a while my order change and I was charge for the free big mac. I told this to the cashier and keep insisting that the problem is not theirs and its my phone and that I am the one who ordered and it’s my fault. And so I end-up going inside and talk to the manage which she immediately refund me for the 5.99 charged plus tax. And it doesnt end there I went back to my car and waited for my order and its been 10mins of waiting and my order didnt show up, so I went inside again to ask for my order and immediately left. The 2nd manage who gave me my ordered doesnt seems to be happy with me and had me waiting for a few minutes before giving my the sofa included in my order and to top it all upon checking my order instead of having 2 cheese burger we end-up with just 1 chesseburger and the bigmac. This was not the first time that I experience this in this mcdonald that they will give you missing items in your order and didnt learn my lesson. Read moreFor SERVICE: The other evening I went through the drive through and attempted to use a reward in the app to get a Medium fries when a purchase of $2 or more was made. I must have accidentally gave the attendant the number for a similar free fries reward that required me to buy a drink (which I didn't want), so I asked the attendant to switch the reward to the other one that I intended to use. The attendant said they were not able to do that and that I would have to wait 15 minutes (which I understand is due to an app-based restriction meant to prevent users from using too many rewards consecutively, however I didn't actually use any reward). When I tried to clarify this with the attendant they said I could speak with a manager at the window. When I got to the window, I asked to speak with the manager to see what could be done about this, they were similarly unhelpful and told me that I had to wait 15 minutes and didn't provide any alternative. I left without the free fries which was disappointing, but mostly left feeling like a completely under-valued customer the team there just couldn't be bothered with to help find a satisfactory...
Read moreI'm from Los Angeles, visiting family. Decided to come in for breakfast. I know the Morning Shift doesn't get paid enough for the hard work that they do and the type of customers they have to put up with: I just seen a line of cars, walk in orders, on top of mobile orders and thought I'd be here for a good half hour like many other places I've been too: they managed to get my order out so fast! The guys in the kitchen are LITERALLY running! You can see the work ethics at a hundred percent here at this place. This is the fastest McDonald's I've ever been to serving so many people.
People are so entitled these days. I witnessed a few customers being rude to the staff. It almost seems they are talking down to them.
Anyone complaining should get in the kitchen someday. First world problems.
