Dunkin' — Restaurant in South Union Township

Tables were all filthy an noone cleaned our table I actually grab paper towels an spray an cleaned it myself. Then the girls were not working together all out of order. The lady told us there was no sour dough left besides croissants and muffins then while waiting for it they told us no more croissants left.. didn't attempt to tell the cashier so when I got in line to get my donut they were still selling croissants they didn't even have.. I had to tell the lady they were out why she stood right there beside the cashier... So then handed us our food, we only got our sandwiches not our hash browns so we had to tell them that. Hey I hate to complain but it's not humaine nor was there any polite good service.. at the end I ordered donuts instead of being polite handing them to us she's slamed it on the counter in front of me. Crazy part was no words were even exchanged.. heck the girls don't even know I'm writing this complaint because there was no confrontation just figured we would let Dunkin donuts know their employees are running this place...

there's a petite red headed girl that works there. brown eyes, i think. didn't see a name tag. l was there a few weeks ago. she was yelling for everyone to hear about how she should be in the hospital but her coworker didn't want to show up for her shift so she's stuck doing everything herself. another customer even spoke up to me about it, and why it was necessary for everyone to hear. meanwhile, half a dozen other people are standing around with a lobby packed with people. the manager came out and it's amazing how quickly everyone perked up to do their job. today i was there, and went through the drive through. the girl on the other end of the speaker was very short with me and had a terrible attitude. i pull around and lo and behold, the same red headed girl. maybe put her in the back and let someone else deal directly with the public. i understand not liking your job, but it's bad practice to take it out...

Very poor service. Went in ordered a frozen hot chocolate and frozen chi tea, waited 20 minutes until the nice girl on the drive through window came up and asked if we were waiting on anything. We told her yes. She told the boy at the counter to make our drinks. He claimed we never asked for the frozen chi. Only the hot chocolate and a hot black tea (which we hadn't gotten yet at this point either) there hot black teas are 1.99 we were charged 14$. That's way more expensive than a hot chocolate should run. We finally got a sad looking frozen hot chocolate. Waited another 5 minutes. And left with out the other drink, because it wasn't worth my time. I'll go get a tea somewhere else. I might not get a chi at Wendy's but at least they will...
