If I could give them -5 stars trust me I would. Got here at 10pm on a Saturday and there are cars wrapped around the entire building almost to the street which is dangerous. They are averaging around 30 minutes to an hour per order. I even believe I witnessed them marking orders completed well before they were done to cover up their times. So should not be called fast food anymore. The entire inside is packed completely. Doesn’t appear to be anywhere to sit. A line that goes out the door. They just locked the doors on us as me and other customers were about to walk in. There are people yelling from their cars although almost every license plate says New Jersey or New York. People here are so angry and I understand why. If they don’t have a large enough location to handle dorney park they should have made this location a lot bigger. Also if they do not have enough staff to get me my order in under an hour they should also hire a lot more people or get new management. They also close way too early compare to other McDonald’s locations around especially for being right in front of Dorney park. Other nearby McDonald’s close at 12 midnight or are...
Read moreThe bathrooms were really dirty. Toilet paper all over the floors and toilets themselves were dirty. Service was very slow and there were only 2 customers in the restaurant but it took over 25 minutes to get our food. And it was only 10:30 am. Thought it was going to be a quick stop before we spent the day at the park across the street. Boy were we wrong. The service was so slow instead of being a 30 minute stop it ended up being 45 minutes. I said to my friend that was with me it was such a disappointment going to McDonald's caused it was so slow and not very clean. That I was surprised that they didn't take care of the place better and better service knowing there is a big amusement park across the street that most families would rather eat at McDonald's then pay the price for food all day at the park. But with slow service and not really clean people won't want to go. Not to mention trying to get out of the parking spot is hard with all the drive thru cars sitting waiting in line to order their food. Cause we experienced that when we went to leave. Cause after 45 minutes instead there ended up being more people coming this time thru...
