I am completely appalled by the service I received here. The short woman in the pink shirt with the cameo hat looked around an asked if anyone who didn't get helped needed it not asking me if I needed help when I was clearly waiting in line to be waited on. It was like as if she didn't wanna help me. I never forget a nasty face and every time I come in here she is so miserable and nasty to me.THIS IS NOT HOW MANAGEMENT TREATS THEIR CUSTOMERS. She not only ruined my order which she claimed was a medium which it was NOT since I had ordered the same exact thing for my sister and hers was a lot bigger than mine which apparently were "both the same size" when you could tell they weren't. She had also ruined my fathers order which he had requested for a specific topping to be removed from his but she still put it on any way and ate it anyway cause he just didn't want to deal with her nonsense. Maybe if she wasn't too busy talking to the crew she would be able to do her job right and not disappoint me and my family. You guys need to step up your customer service because this isn't customer service at all especially how I'm treated every time I come into this, and why I dread going in here because I know how I'm going to be treated when I walk through...

Delicious ice cream, a large selection of flavors (including soft serve and Italian ice), cones and toppings, pleasant and patient servers, and quite inexpensive. My kids love this place for the variety, and the attached hot dog joint (which is also inexpensive simple/unpretentious comfort food style.. the opposite of gourmet). They also offer birthday cakes but I have never bought/tried their cake. The interior is quite old (I feel like this place has been around for eons), on its way to dilapidated, and seating is very limited: 5 or 6 tiny tables that barely fit one adult or two very skinny (and non fighty) kids on each of the two sides, plus benches outside which overlook the large parking lot and have no cover and are often under direct sun, but there are Dorney Park rides across the road to watch (you see them from the inside tables as well).

In summary, come for cheap prices, down to earth setting, good service and great ice cream. Don't come if you're looking for a classy or modern joint, or comfortable /...
