This is 3rd time going there, and I DID NOT PLACE ORDER. CUSTOMER SERVICE IS LOWEST I'VE EVER SEEN ANYWHERE in Memphis. I go in for Daily $$7.99 special. Cashier never gives eye contact and says: "Regular or Seasoned fries. I always say Fried Okra. She says, no substitutes.. I say ok Seasoned fries.. she never says anything, but adds up SEASON FRIES which makes special cost more.
So she says: "You can get 7 pieces fish only, order okra separate for $4. She adds both up. Comes to $14+. Not original quoted price. She is SO NASTY, I CANCELED AND proceed to LEAVE. SHE SAYS, YOU DO THAT EVERY TIME YOU COME HERE. I say yes, cause what U quote, say, and what the total is always different. She says PRICE is HERE IN BLACK AND WHITE ON THIS MENU. I say, I didn't see the menu, I asked YOU. SHE REITERATED, "BLACK AND WHITE." ALWAYS RIGHT! Finally I told her where to go, and she said: "YOU TOO."
OMT: The place is ALWAYS EMPTY, NEVER MORE THAN 1 TO 2 WAITING. SO,WI5H that ATTITUDE, I KNOW WHY????!!!! EVERTIME I SAY I'M STOPPING there, my daug reminds me: "but you Said you weren't "'going there again! 2 WORDS: NEVER AGAIN!!! WHEW! NEVER SEEN NOTHING LIKE...
Read moreSupreme Wings on Airways and Stateline is a good black owned food spot that has been there for a long time and we go there often and refer family and friends. What is sad is when you hire ppl that don't care if they tarnish your business, positive word of mouth is just as important as negative word of mouth! Today my aunt which we suggested go there received horrible customer service, the tall black women with long eye lashes was on her personal phone the whole time taking her order and was not polite. She was picking up plates and taking orders while visibly eating her food and touching everything else. My aunt was very disturbed by this and immediately came and told my mom and I. It's really sad that unprofessionalism is the reason why black owed businesses come and go so fast. I have never experienced this but I do notice that sometimes when different ppl are cashier's they aren't as polite or humble as others, it's important to know customer service is just as important as how good the food is in order to keep ppl coming and...
Read moreTechnology has a bad habit of ruining customer service. Supreme Hot Wings doesn't allow call-in orders so you either have to order in-person or online. I attempted to order a lunch special online because I knew that I would not make it in time to place the order in-person. However, I was unable to order online because their system was not working. Upon arriving after the lunch special time, and informing the cashier that I was unable to place an order, she was unapologetic about the site's erroneous online system and unwilling to offer any courtesy or alternatives stating, "Aint nun I can do for you". It was after the lunch special time, so thats understandable, but the cashier's attitude discouraged me from even placing an in-person order. With above average pricing and inevitably long wait times, Supreme need some supreme customer service but thats never been...
