Jersey Mike's Subs — Restaurant in Southern Shores

I just went there today 5/31/20 and I waited in line after I had already given them my order for close to 10 minutes with only one person in front of me, finally got my sub(#44), I opened it as soon as I got in my car and picked it up to take a bite and it was just so over powered with hot sauce or whatever sauce they used it was leaking out the bottom of the sandwich. It had created a pool of sauce on my paper it was wrapped in and the literal two minutes it was wrapped before I got in my car it managed to get soggy with just HOW MUCH sauce they put on it. Very disappointed. If your going to put liquid on a sandwich either don't put much on it or put it on the side.. I couldn't even finish my sub. Almost 19$ later and I took one bite and had to throw it out because it was so soggy. I woulda have just brought it back and got a new one but I just wasn't bout to go through...

By far, the best place we've eaten at during our Outter Banks vacation, and we've definitely tried eating at a number of local restaurants, and all of them are mediocre, if not worse. This place has fresh food, it's tasty, and the people who work there seem to care about doing a good job. I can't say that about the local restaurants. If you're looking for an edible place to eat in the area, I highly recommend these guys over the local restaurants. Your meal will be a higher quality meal at a fraction of the cost of the restaurants, not to mention edible, which we have yet to find in the area. Keep up the good work, Jersey Mikes! You're probably saving more people from starvation down here than...

Had to rewrite my review sadly. Only half of half of my sandwich had meat, no mushrooms on a portabella cheese steak??? So for $18 I got a bread mayo sandwich. The other subs in my order were equally skimpy in meat this location is really going down hill. 11/13 Order myself and my husband subs. Again meat on only half cheeseand peppers on the other half which I specifically selected NO peppers. Apparently this location only hires employees who cannot read. I will make the drive to NH or Moyock from now on again dinner from here was garbage and I have to find...
