Spectrum store is really only for setting up new service. Payments and sale of a few phone options. I purchased a new phone and walked to my car to verify it worked with my hands-free feature. It did not, so I came right back and was told it would be a $50 restocking fee even if it didn't work for me. Mind you, I never left the parking lot. When I asked to use a cell phone to check the service, I was told there wasn't one I could use, even if they dialed the number. Had to ask a worker cleaning windows next door if she could daily a number to check reception. After me getting upset. They said, oh, we can waive that $50. We popped into Wal-Mart Kitty Hawk for some needed items and we were pleasantly surprised to find the store better stocked and the aisles pretty much clear of pallets of items waiting to be put on shelves. The best thing though, was the 4, yes FOUR, open checkout lanes with Wal-Mart Associates doing a great job of getting folks checked out pretty quickly, accurately and with a great "attitude!"
