Went there Thursday night. Got there at five o’clock only people in the drive thru and parking lot was us and one other person. The person in front of me ordered paid and they made them move up. We ordered paid and before we were handed our drink we said no drink carrier. When we said that the cashier became very rude and wanted to have an attitude with us. Then she told us to move up and go into a parking spot. We told her we could not because the man in front of us did not give enough room. She again got an attitude and shut the window. After 20 mins of waiting she opened the window and screamed and told us we needed to move. But again we could not go anywhere. 30 mins later the man in front of us got his food then the server rudely walked to our car and told us we needed to move up to the stop sign. Five more minutes passed and then we finally got our food. Got home to eat and the tacos were 90% lettuce. If I wanted a lettuce taco I would of went to Walmart. Decided to give them one more chance. Went at 930pm the next night. Went to order and we were rushed. Asked for a Shredded chicken burrito and Cinnabon's. When I got back to the house my burrito was cold and the rice tasted stale and old. This is more than just bad employees this is bad management to. Read more1 star, because it wouldn't let me do zero. This location is absolutely horrendous. Time after time I have had foul food or poor service. Recently I received stellar service and I was hopeful this location was getting their kinks ironed out. Well, today's service proved the exact opposite. The worst customer service I have ever received, in front of my children who just wanted lunch. The woman taking my order wouldn't even let me speak as she kept speaking over me, and asked me to repeat my self 3 times. I finally said forget it and drove across the street to Wendy's, as I had HUNGRY kids in the car. It still didn't sit right with me so I went back to speak to a manager. Stood in front of the order window for 7 minutes without being acknowledand or even looked at. So I called the store to get the name of the manager and the woman at the window as my next call was to corporate. The 1st gentleman I spoke to claimed to be the manager but could barely speak proper English, refused to give me his name.. Then pawned my phone call off on to who was supposed to be the general manager, Richard. To no surprise Richard had no idea what had happened because he wasn't there and did not even offer an apology. Very disappointed Southern Shores. Read moreThis is the worst fast food experience I’ve ever had. There were three people working and at the time. We were the only people at the Taco Bell but still had to pull around to the front to wait for order. Not a big deal. We then had to change one of our food orders because they realized they were out. Also not a big deal. While we were waiting for our order, I decided to order chips and cheese in addition to my meal. So after 10 minutes our orders are finally ready. I open my bag and noticed my chips and cheese was missing so I asked for it. Well the manager on duty and one of the line workers (who was a female as well) started going back and forth. The line worker said she gave us two chips and cheese. But she clearly did not. So I spoke up and opened my bag to prove we were in fact missing it. Then the line worker says to me “well you can ask for it like a normal human being”. And I looked at the manager and said.. I know she can’t be speaking to me like that. In which the line worker continued to speak to me inappropriately and told the manager to shut the window in my face. I have NEVER experienced service like this.
