I am not a person that would ever go out of my way to submit a review but this interaction had me upset enough to do so. I am a regular customer which comes in multiple times a week. The past few weeks ive been having a problem which my order is always missing a bagel or two that I ordered (one time I got half a sandwich). Today I went in asking for a sandwich, a bagel toasted with butter and two other bagels. Halfway through waiting for my food I look at the receipt and I notice they forgot my toasted bagel with butter and it rang up as butter on my sandwich. I try to tell the cook manager of the mistake. I was told the sandwich was made and it cant be changed, that I would need to add additional items on to my bill to get the items I wanted. I have never heard of a business model that operates this way, especially to a customer that comes in multiple times a week. While I am only one customer, and my individual business will not impact the store by any means, this interaction lost my faith in this store. Read moreI went to this place this past week and was very disappointed with one of the employees. I wanted to ask a question, so I moved my below my nose and this person preceded to yelling at me. I understand the concern with covid, but there was a table between me and the bagels and then the area with the counter she was working on. She acted like a child and said she refused to serve me until my mask was up all the way. I do not need nor do I deserve to be yelled at by any person in customer service. I know there are tons and tons of jobs available now and employers seem desperate to get bodies to work. But that does not justify the behavior that was displayed to me by this person. The shouting continued between the two of us until I was leaving the store and thankfully there were only a couple of customers are there who could see the belligerence displayed to me. When I inquired what was taking so long, I was told they thought another team member made my food. After watching two more customers receive their food, I asked for a refund and explained why. Instead of the manager being apologetic or even seeing what the hold up was, he got defensive and LIED and said they were waiting on eggs.
