So lets start with the parking INSANITY. Something needs to be done about that. Door staff was efficient & friendly if you donât wanna be uncomfortable the entire time then thatâs probably the best place to be in the entire spot as they leave a door open for smoking & ppl arenât trying to crowd the space. NOBODY CAN CONVINCE ME THAT THEY WERE NOT OVER CAPACITY & STILL ALLOWING PPL IN TO NAME A DOLLAR. The amount of people & lack of space is UNACCEPTABLE. Nobody goes out to constantly be pushed & shoved all night by people they donât even know. Next issue THE BAR/WAITRESSES. We were celebrating a birthday I was told we had a server when I arrived NEVER SEEN HER the two hours I was there so thereâs that. I went to the bar to get a drink ALL THE BARTENDERS pay more attention to the men the women are a after thought as if we donât have money too. I finally place my order after waiting for 7 minutes she says okay, she walks to the other end of the bar and continues to serve ppl never came back. After 15 minutes I wave down another bartender she tells me âshe is busy sheâs probably making themâ I told her iâm a previous bartender she is not making drinks she forgot. So I try to order again she tells me she doesnât know what a mocktail is đ« so I say forget it give me the two margaritas. The first girl I ordered from came back & said âI didnât forget on purpose I JUST seen your face & rememberedâ. The bartenders are subpar HOWEVER the management is severely doing a disservice to those ladies. Itâs not structure or organization theyâre all walking behind there looking dazed, confused, & frazzled. I donât think iâll be back unfortunately. I can go drink & eat comfortably at plenty of places we donât pack themselves over capacity & I donât have to go all the way to Oakland county to do it! Very...
Read moreUnfortunately, this place is OVER rated, OVER priced, & UNDERwhelming. It's a nice venue in a nice city, but not worth the HYPE. DEFINITELY do NOT waste time dressing up to go; come as you are... or you may feel silly/over dressed. I literally-LEFT one time for that very reason. đ You may pay between $20, $40, & even $100 to enter depending on unknown factors. ONE glass of wine costs the same price as the entire BOTTLE I purchase at the store. The bottle is $9.99+tax. Two glasses were $18.88 đđđ€Ł I still tip-ITS NEVER the staff's fault. THREE chicken sliders & fries costs $30 .... "THRITY DOLLARS" plus gratuity. The total was $35&change. (I STILL tip.) Again these were "sliders," not three chicken breast Sandwiches. So I spent $70 for- two glasses of wine, & three sliders that I waited _over an HOUR for. FULL FINNESSE is what I felt. Reality TV has ruined the club experience & warped the minds of many. I was told -no reentry. Yet; đ€ @the prices you all require, "re entry" should DEFINITELY be allowed. With all of the glamorous pricing; I expect NOT to see people dressed- the EXACT same way people do at a "hood" bar. I expect(ed) More for the pricing. "You get what you pay for" did not apply here. I got all the HYPE & yet the same HOOD experience I can GET ANYWHERE "in the hood" for cheaper. I was actually very...
Read moreThis place, while extremely popular, needs a complete make over. The parking lot has too few spaces. You literally have to park a half of mile away unless you get here at a ridiculously early time like 7 pm. Next, I stood in line for almost two hours. During this time I noticed several men cutting line, walking to the front of the line, some were giving the bouncers money to skip the line, and the staff did not control the lines properly. They were screaming incoherently at times to form a female and male line. There are simple solutions to this. First provide a roped of area that separates women from men. Next have a vip line for those who want to pay extra for quicker entry. The people in line should not have to confront the line jumpers. The next issue I noticed was the crowd inside. Although I never made in inside, you can see the inside area through the huge pane windows. There were very few areas to sit, the far majority of people were literally just standing around, and only few people were dancing (around ten). So if you enjoy long lines, bouncers that donât know how to control lines, and a spot to simply stand and stare at people then this is your place for entertainment. I highly recommend finding somewhere to spend your money and...
