I’ve come here a few times with my daughter. I love the food it’s made fresh and it’s always hot. I had the breakfast bagel with egg tomatoe reserves bacon cheese avocado and it was on and everything bagel it was really good the bacon was perfectly crisp. The first time I came the woman at the counter gave my daughter a free pumpkin cheesecake cupcake which we ate later it was sooo good..I also ordered a mocha latte hot. Which was also really good. Also we came back another time and I ordered the same bagel, I think she forgot the tomatoe reserves this time but it was still good. And I had a pumpkin spice latte hot this time which was really good also.! My daughter (3) was greeting everyone as they walked in and also saying bye love you! A gentleman has said jokingly that they should hire her as a greeter that she made his day he looked so happy I’m glad. So!!! overall good experience nice comfortable chairs to sit on also we dined in both time. I’m sure we will be back again! The New Owner and her team have demonstrated poor service... they don't take pride in greeting the Customer upon entering the establishment... after standing and looking at the desert case for 10 mins and there was no Hello! How can we help you today? Looking for something special? I had to say Hello out loud then the Owner and her team decide to say we were waiting on you... Huh! I stated "how can you be waiting on me when I've been waiting for someone to say something to me???
The Owner then replied.... well next time if we don't greet you then your more than welcome to greet us first and get our attention."
What Owner or Mgt responds in this way???
I have been coming here for years and there previous Ownership was Awesome, Courteous and always Customer service oriented.
Unlike this New Owner and her team, maybe it wasn't a good idea for you to get into a service...
