Stopped by to try their new Wildberry Glow smoothie. It was delicious! Love the berry flavour and it looked really pretty! It was giving Erewhon and I read that the smoothie has over 20 beauty focused ingredients, such as collegen proteins, acerola extract and biotin. Last time I was here, I also got an avocado wrap which was yummy too. Store is always clean, folks who work there are nice, so I definitely will be back!

Loyalty just doesn’t matter in Southfield. Excited to redeem 200 points for a Salad, but the eggs went bad in a couple days while in the refrigerator. I didn’t think to call Beyond Juice immediately, but took a picture. Went back to Beyond Juice the 4th day, when I had the some time, to be told it was my fault and that I did something wrong!

Nice clean environment, friendly and helpful staff. I had the ā€œAliveā€ smoothie with peaches, strawberries, bananas and orange juice. This smoothie has a terrible aftertaste like there’s some kind of chemical/pesticide that wasn’t washed off well. Without that it seems like it would have been great

Received a gift card from work, so I figured out I'd try the little place we walk past to get to Chipotle.

Right as you walk in the door, the atmosphere comes off as very pretentious. This is definitely an eatery that's catering to the younger "hip" crowd that gobbles up any kind of "healthy eating," which is funny because one of their biggest items on the menu, juices, is basically glorified sugar water. They even go so far as to promote "juice cleanses" on the menu, which is the modern-day snake oil since your liver takes care of this for you if you just eat real food. But I digress.

At first I was confused where to place my order. There was a sign right when you walk in saying something like "eats and drinks" with an arrow pointing to the register, yet from the door it appeared that there might be a Subway-style counter you can pick out what goes in your food (there isn't). Once I did get to the register to order, as soon as I started talking a blender right behind the register started going off EXTREMELY LOUD and my words were quickly drowned by the grinding of plant mater. I was able to place an order for my lunch, the turkey avocado wrap (where I was charged a whole extra $2 for a gluten-free wrap), and one of the few good points of this visit was that I was able to get my receipt delivered to my email instead of having to put another piece of paper in my pocket. However, the prompts on the register for tipping just added to that pretentious feeling I got when walking in, because tipping shouldn't even be encouraged if I'm not being waited on.

As I sorta found a place to stand and wait for my food (not quite obvious where it was going to come out, by the register or the counter), I was constantly bombarded by the loud sounds of the blenders and juicers being used; I couldn't imagine trying to have a conversation in this place. My eyes wandered as I stood there, looking at the poorly stocked cooler and then scanning the menu for a while. While I had no problem paying for this wrap because of the gift card, I'd be hard pressed to come back and drop another $10+ for something I could pretty much get at Jimmy John's for sub-$7, and they offer lettuce wraps to boot. Then my eyes wandered over to the juices and smoothies, and couldn't believe how much was being charged for these "concoctions." From some of the other reviews on here, it appears there are enough gullible customers visiting frequently enough to keep the sugar-loaded "health" items on the menu.

After about a six minute wait, which was adequate but could have been quicker for a simple wrap, I was able to pick up my food and I returned to my office to eat. One of the other good parts of my visit was the food itself. The ingredients all played well together and the wrap it self tasted great, no qualms there. However, I don't know why they added a couple orange slices to my box, as they didn't go with the meal at all, and the salsa that was included was rather bland and not a good match for dipping with this wrap.

All-in-all, I wouldn't recommend this place. While the food is very delicious, that's about all that's worth mentioning (and saved this from a 1-star review). The atmosphere is noisy and visually it tries to hard to be "hipster," the prices are a touch outrageous, and the dubious health claims being purported through some of the food items should set off red flags for anyone who actually knows a thing or two...

I wanted to try a new spot today with my friend and decided to come here earlier this morning. As I was sitting in the lobby while waiting on her to arrive, a tall man had burst through the doors and was yelling at all of the employees. They all looked very upset after he had called them out of their names. After he had finished having an outburst in front of the customers and those girls, he had went to the back and started getting even louder and then had came back up front one last time to throw some containers on the counter, which lead to us customers being very uncomfortable and empathetic to the employees. The reasoning behind it was a bit silly from my perspective but regardless of how frustrated you are, there is a time and place when it comes to how you handle your emotions in a work establishment. If he is the manager which I’m sure he is, I hope that he works on the way that he talks to these young ladies and learns how to hold his composure as well as set examples on customer service, especially since the ratings here are low. This was a quite disturbing experience and I’m unsure if I’d...

I came in to enjoy a fresh raw juice (yum) and when I approached the counter the individual was ready to take my order. Abruptly, she diverted her attention to her coworker as I was beginning to place my order. She never stopped to say one moment or anything. I stood there as she walked away. How much ruder do you have to be to a guest. As she took a few steps I asked is someone going to take my order. She said I needed to help her. Honestly, I understand the various demands that are placed upon workers, but a simple I will be with you in a moment woukd have solved the blantant disregard of me wanting to enjoy a fresh raw juice. The kicker of this horrible experience was she walked back to the register with a let me tell you something story. Why couldn't she tell the assumed quailfied coworker hold on a second let me take this order or at least state to me hold on one second. I really don't like coming to this locatiom, but it's...
