I went to pick up a take out order here. When I went to the counter, I told the young man at the counter that I was there to pick up such and such food. He went to the back to check. Then came back to tell me they didn't have any order for that person with that name. I told him the name again and showed him the spelling just in case he didn't hear the name right or got the spelling wrong. He came back and said the same thing. Then a female employee come up to me and asked if I was picking up for grubhub. I said yes. Then She started telling me that I need to let them know it was first grubhub because they have other take out orders too. I told her that I didn't have to do that with other restaurants. When I went to pick up at the other restaurants, all I had to do was tell them the name and they were able to go grab the order. So how would I know I have to specify that at this place? Also, they are partnered with grubhub. So they know they take grubhub orders. So why didn't they ask me if I was with grubhub from the beginning when I first asked about the order. They could've asked too! The female employee named was Danielle was very nasty, rude and disrespectful! Had a very bad attitude . She then shoved the food on me and said the food has been sitting there for a while. Why are you telling me this? I just received this order like 3 minutes ago on my grubhub driver app. So if the order has been sitting there for a while, it is not my problem. May be the order was originally given to another driver and he cancelled it. Then it got reassigned to me. May be that's why it was sitting there and it is not my Freaking problem if the other driver cancelled the pick up. She was treating me like some kind of slave or peasant. I will not be disrespected and treated in this manner. So after she shoved the food at me and her hand touched aggressively, I decided that I wasn't going to deal with that. So I left and didn't take the food. I don't have to take that kind of disrespect. So I told her I wasn't taking the food. Now the food is going to be sitting there even longer. Customer isn't going to like the cold food. So now you're upsetting the customer off by treating the grubhub driver horribly! So I suggest, don't go to this place. Especially grubhub drivers!! Be aware of the employee name Danielle. I would avoid going here . I banned myself from going here. I done that through grubhub. Avoid this nasty female employee name "Danielle ". Read more"Arrival Time 8:30/8:45pm" This is by farthest the worst customer service and restaurant I have ever been to! A group (28-32 people; 12 of the individuals were out state guest Pastors) of church folks decides to fellowship at Ram's Horn establishment Franklin/12 Mile, the wait staff did not get everyone's orders correct in addition to not getting the order correct 4-5 individuals 3 out of town guests and 2 Michigan residents DID NOT RECEIVE THEIR FOOD(IT WAS NEVER MADE) and those individuals arrived before 9pm. Whereas, individuals that arrived between 9:25 and 10p received their food first, on top of doing 8 doordash orders before the individuals that's dining in. "WE ARE THE ONLY INDIVIDUALS INSIDE THE ESTABLISHMENT BESIDES STAFF/EMPLOYEES. Someone ordered a omelet at 9:15p and did not receive it until 10:10, they did not know who ordered what, they were offering overcooked (burnt) sweet potato fries which got sent back. The staff was unknowledgeable about menu items when asked. Not 1 waiter asked if everyone was okay, needed refills, if they enjoyed their meal, or even checked to see if people received their food they was passing out tabs at 10:23pm. "🤯Mindblowing". This is when they realized 5 people never got food. When the Leadership Pastor that arrived at 8:30pm stated he did not get his food the waiters started cleaning tables. First of all, I should not have to remind you that I ordered drinks especially if you see only small cups of water on the table. When individuals started complaining about service a waiter stated that we need to call corporate to complain, the MANAGER said they was short staffed with 3 individuals when 2 men and 2 ladies waited on us (one ended her shift around 9:45/10pm) I should know because the other female waiter had to stop her to ask who had what on their bill. I have never been so embarrassed and utterly disgusted in my life at the type of service I have received within those 2 hours. On top of that every individual that did not get their plate was a pastor. Corporate needs to find a better way of training, a better way of serving, and an especial way of making sure the customer service skills are met. Make sure your waiters ask if those dining in have their food and drinks. Read moreI was very disappointed how I was treated by management. I made an order over the phone for breakfast that was $7. They charged me $48. On top of that they sent the driver to the wrong address. Left something off of my meal as well as receiving my food cold. I asked to speak to management because mistakes have been made and I do understand that . I was a manager in retail for 8 years. I felt it was his job to rectify this confusion and frustration for me. This man didn't do anything for me and had no desire. Lied and told me that $40 was refunded back to my card.. Not true ! I explained to him that I've already spoken with my bank and that has not happened. Now he tells me at the end of the day it will be he promised. SMH so my money is tied up to the end of the day for his employees screw-ups. But still this man chooses not to do anything to compensate me for all my inconveniences. The fact that I was a manager I understand that mistakes happen but I would have compensated that consumer some kind of way for their inconvenience. Not at this establishment not with that man. They never have and never will I see. But this time I will blame myself because I chose to eat at this establishment again after they mistreated me a year or so ago and I stopped going there. Same thing a employee messed up . I took it to a manager and they did nothing. That time it was worse the manager told me what I should do instead of checking his employee. I made a order over the phone gave her my credit card number and she put in the wrong date so the card didn't go through. no one ever called me back I waited for over an hour without hearing anyting. The manager told me that when I give my card number instead of saying a number I should say a word. I guess their employees are not educated enough to know that 10 represents October. so it's my job to make sure I say the word instead of the number to express the month smdh. He didn't want to compensate me that time either. So I'll say to anyone that choose to eat at that establishment beware .
