I'll be honest until today did I ever have a problem with this store until today. Not only was the woman who helped us probably the worst customer service rep to have for your business on Friday 03/12 at 4pm who consider herself a minion who takes answers from the "top"...needless to say...we purchased equipment from here back in July it is now March, between our old business and new business we have spent 6 figures in this store. 1st time ever have we tried to return 3 items totally $4,700...the unloaded our van to come say because the manufacturer warranty expires in 4 months were unable to return the items. Then comes back to say we will buy them back from you at 40% cost....a total of $1,900.00 off what the original amount would owe. Mind you here we are ready to spent another $25,000.00 today and their store is empty no customers. We ended up taking our 3 items back and leaving our carts full of stuff and walking out. How disappointing was this...also with Amazon being so strong with delivery and inventory it's crazy for a local business to differ customers during Corona--virus days. On top of it upon delivery one of the heated cases was missing a pane of glass...with the whole reason being we couldn't return the items that mind u were still on skids because of the weight brand new never used not even plugged in...we were then told they couldn't pull a pane of glass because it would take from another display costing their company money that we could go to a website and purchase the section of glass. I was working with a team from my American Legion post to purchase new chairs for our club room. We found some great chairs that would more than suit our needs at this store. We purchased 40 chairs and arranged to have them delivered. The chairs were not assembled, seat cushions needed to be attached. Not a problem - or so we thought. Our order was delivered 4 cushions short and an additional 8 cushions were the wrong size. We called the store as well as the company's Cleveland call center in order to get the right sized cushions. 4 additional cushions were sent, all the wrong size. Later, another 8 were sent; again, all the wrong size. Now we still have 12 chairs we still cannot use and more than 20 cushions that don't fit the chairs.
