Employee was nice. The store aesthetic is very basic. It doesn’t have as much selection as I thought it should, to be called a “bakery.” They need accurate labeling. I thought I was buying an exclusively chocolate chunk cookie, as it was labeled as such, but it also had caramel in it. I got something that was labeled “chocolate cake slice,” but it’s really two brownies with Oreos on top. Both items were just okay, probably because they were in refrigerated display cases. I think baked goods taste better at the very least, room temperature. That’s not a huge issue, but the fact that I thought and bought two things that were different is. I will not be returning.

Guy was nice but omg the cookie is trash. Literally, hard as a rock. I really wanted a fresh baked cookie. Im so dissatisfied. A chips a hoy is a better option then the rock I just bit into. Im just praying that it isnt old. I got a cupcake for my son but no way im giving it to him. Its going in the trash.
